Demolition concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete (unreinforced) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (20mm graded aggregate), 75mm thick as in Plinth Protection/Foot Path etc., laid in alternate bays, finishing Concrete Surfaces Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class 'B' Bricks (with Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, as in marshy land, low lying area, bushy area as in compound / boundary walls 50m to 100m apart from service road and other brick work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks in brick-on-edge walls (less than half brick thick), built in half brick thick, Straight or Curved on Plan to any Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:4, work is in drains, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, remove dust, debris/rubbish, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on Brick Work or Concrete Surfaces (Internally on Manholes, Septic Tanks, etc.) in Cement Mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound, finishing Plastered Surfaces even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound, confirming to IS-2465-1975 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new/undecorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement-based paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling including Cement Mortar Bedding (but not backing), removing from the Sites and rubbish off the Premises, complete all as specified and as directed.
