Earth work in Excavation in all type of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) bailing out of water if encountered over areas including refilling around foundation, plinth,in layers, watering, consolidating and disposing of all surplus excavated/broken materials upto a lead of 2KM and lift of 1.5 meter, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Earth work in surface excavation in all kinds of soil not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, compaction, curing etc. complete at all level complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Half Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including all materials, manpower, scaffolding and including fixing door frame (door frame proveded by department)wherever required etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by te Engineer In Charge.

Plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) at all heights including providing scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests of aproved make like parryware/somany or equivalant make with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including long flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Supply and laying/fixing of PVC PIPES of 110mm dia-4kg/cm2, in position approved PVC pipes of Jain/ Finolex/ Kitec /Supreme /Prince make IS - 4985 of latest version with required specials, fittings and fixing arrangements for water supply/ sewerage works as per stantard specifications and providing and fixing approved nails quality clamps and screws for fixing as per requirements as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Anti skid Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment, Curing etc., complete all as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic rectified glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 15 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cutting for openings, curing etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing of 15 mm NB class 'C' G.I. Pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps for internal , i/c trenching, refilling, making good the walls etc. concealed pipe, including providing & painting with anti corrosive bitumastic paint, cutting chases and making good the wall complate as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing colour coated corrugated galvalume profile sheets of TATA/JSW or equivalant make (Profile, Colour and shape as approved by the Engineer-incharge) of 0.50mm(TCT) total coated thickness (tolerance as per relevant IS code) with material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 (zinc aluminium alloy coating nominal composition : 55% aluminium, 43.5% zinc & 1.5% silicon mass total of both sides) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20- 25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws with EPDM seal and washers of make- Coroshield/ durotuff / polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers( as per engineer in charge) including cutting to size and shape wherever required, finishing the surrounding for filling the gap between wall and sheet by providing & applying Cement mortar 1:4 (1: Cement : 4 Sand), etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm X 25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (± 0.3 mm). PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. M.S. tube having dimensions 19 mm x 19 mm and 1.0 mm (± 0.1 mm) is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end-cap of the size 25 mm X 11 mm. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge to take up necessary hardware and fixtures. Stickers indicating the locations of hardware shall be pasted at appropriate places.

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 including wall flage etc complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P. brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality including wall flanges conforming to IS:8931 etc complete as per the specification and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing 450 mm PVC Connection With PTMT Nut of approved quality like prayag make Cat No. 323 or equivalent make complete as per the specification and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing Range of two white vitreous china flat back urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm with automatic white P.V.C. flushing cistern of 5 liter capacity with standard flush pipe and C.P. brass spreaders with brass unions and G.I clamps complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required complete as per the specification and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing Flat back wash basin of size 550*400 mm with single 15mm C.P. brass pillar tap, C.I. brackets, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing CP Brass 32mm size Bottle Trap of approved quality & make and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying wall finishing with Premium acrylic smooth exterior paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives of approved brand including applying two or more coat (applied @ 1.43ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour, including prepartion of surface, filling the unever surfaces with J K or eqivailant make wall putty, sand papering, making the surface smooth and even etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specification, cleaning of paint splashings and droppings from floors, doors & windows etc. all complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing all tools, tackles, material, manpower & machinary for providing, joining & laying of 16mm nominal dia polyethelene pipes for drip irrigation laterals including making leak tight connection from 75mm HDPE main line in item no.1, connecting with main lines using PVC connectors of 16mm dia, connecting with drip reducer at the exits etc. complete as per the attached drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: HDPE/PVc fittings shall be separately paid under relevant items

Providing all tools, tackles, material, manpower & machinary for providing, joining & laying of 4 mm nominal dia polyethelene drip irrigation tube including making leak tight connection from 16mm HDPE lateral line in item no.2 using pin connectors of 6mm dia, etc. complete as per the attached drawing,specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: HDPE/PVC fittings shall be separately paid under relevant items

Providing and fixing 16mm PVC connectors suitable for connecting two 16mm pipes making leak tight connections etc. as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and fixing 4 mm PVC pin connectors suitable for connecting 16mm feeder pipe to 6mm joiner making leak tight connections of HDPE/PVC etc. as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and fixing PVC/HDPE 4 mm adjustible drippers suitable for connecting 6mm joiner to 16mm feederline pipe making leak tight connections etc. as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and fixing PVC/HDPE 16mm Tee-connectors with tap suitable for connecting 16mm joiner to 16mm feederline pipe making leak tight connections etc. as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.
