Consultancy services for carrying out structural Audit of certain building in AFS Pathankot:- (i) Conduct a comprehensive structural audit of the 02 Nos building of total plinth area of approx. 2720 sqm) in G + 1 configuration to assess its capacity to support additional load, based on provided structural and architectural drawings. (ii) The existing structural drg, Arch drg and Additional load and its location shall be provided by this office. All design criteria were given in the existing drgs. (iii) Prepare a detailed structural audit report with findings and conclusions. (iv) Propose suitable retrofitting measures (if the structure is inadequate), including detailed design. (v) Prepare structural drawings for retrofitting, compliant with IS Codes. (vi) The recommendation and drgs shall be vetted from IIT/NIT. (vii) Prepare a detailed cost estimate and BOQ for retrofitting works (if applicable). (viii) Attend review meetings with the competent authority if required. Deliverables: (a) Structural audit report (3 hard copies, Soft copy in PDF and editable formats). (b) Retrofitting design, drawings, and execution methodology (if required) (c) Vetted drawings from IIT/NIT – Cost estimate and BOQ for retrofitting (if applicable) (d) Timeline: 01 Month form contract award.
