Demolition of cement concrete in existing sunken floor etc and removal of the same to a distance exceeding 250 mtr and not exceeding 500 mtr, depostied where directed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L providing sunken floor water proofing treatment comprising of the following :- (a) Scrapping the surface with wire brush and cleaning with water and allow to dry. (b) Applying cement slurry @ 1.2 kg/sqm duly mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions. (c) 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction ( the corners will be made round in concave shape) and finished even and fair without using extra cement. (d) Applying cement slurry @ 1.2 kg/sqm duly mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction. (e) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @1.20kg/sqm (f) Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt using butane gas torch and ceiling all joints. (g) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @1.20kg/sqm.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, manholes etc. not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leaping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, padding, rounded or chamfered on edges including from work where ever required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and consisting of a coat bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre /Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25 degree centegrate temperature and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat with overlap of 100mm at the side and 150mm at the end, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc. after preparing the surface complete as per standred practice as per manufacture's instructions . The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shell be under ;- (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree centegrate at 650/ 450 N /5 cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/5 cms. Softing point of membrane not less then 150 degree centegrate when tested in accordance with ASTM (d-5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shell be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) The work shall be carriout at a height upto 12 metre.

M & L 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on screed bed and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exc. 500 ltr and not exc. 1000 ltrs setting aside(or lowering if required) for repair including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from PVC/RCC tanks and mouths of circulating pipe & writing on the tank with synthetic enamel paint not less than 70mm long and 2mm wide of words in shape like cleaned on : 15.06.2018 etc. and hoisting and refixing in position. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old tar felt, all loose dirt, cement plaster, cleaning the concrete surface including removal & cleaning of vegetation, fungus,moss small trees etc from the roof top with wire brush, removing the strips of lightening conductor including refixing the same after repair work and applying neat cement slurry @ 1.5Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick on existing concrete surface of roof in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid for separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L applying a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.11 kg per sqm on APP membrane surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L obliterating old writing of any description and at any height, not exceeding 0.10 sqm with synthetic enamel paint including preparation of base complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
