Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 20 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers mannual in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with plate vibrator or manual compactor to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made semi reflective heavy duty cement concrete interlocking zig zag shaped paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Dismantling manually/ by mechanical means using cutter machine including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : bituminous road

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
