RequiredBidder should have minimum experience of 05 in manufacturing & supplying of Different sizes and Classes of IBR certified HP Valves of 210MW and higher capacity thermal power stations, prior to the date of submission of the bid. (Bidder shall upload the minimum of 2(two) previously executed Purchase Order copies and their invoices of subject material)

Required2. The Bidder shall submit Performance certificate(s) issued by the Station head of the Thermal power stations, confirming that the supplied IBR Certified HP Valves served the Guarantee Period, as stipulated in their Purchase order and its performance is found to be satisfactory

RequiredNote: Copy of Satisfactory certificate duly mentioning the subject material for the supplies made not below 05 years from the date of bid along with Purchase order copy shall be uploaded in tender schedule

RequiredThe Bidder must possess all the required manufacturing, proper heat treatment and testing facilities as per the relevant IS codes and documentary proof shall be enclosed. All Schedules duly filled in signed & stamped must be uploaded in tender schedule

RequiredThe firm should have IBR Certification for Design, Manufacturing and Supply of HP Valves for Power Boilers from the Competent Authority (Director of Boilers) and the same should be produced at the time of tender

RequiredAll the Valves supplied to KTPS-V Stage should be one to one replacement and Interchangeability certificate to be produced along with the material.

RequiredThe bidder must accept the submission of material composition & test certificates along with supplies. Tests should be carried out with relevant standards from Government/NABL approved labs
