Taking down carefully point wiring copper/ aluminium (light, fan, socket, power) complete including fixtures & fittings such as switches, ceiling roses , pendants, regulators , sockets, light fittings etc and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for Point Wiring for one light Point/one fan point/ one call bell point, controlled by one switch with 1100 volts grade single core conforming to (IS:694 /1990) PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) with continious earth wire of 1.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) PVC insulated unsheathed , drawn in and including surface rigid PVC conduit," medium grade" (ISI marked), not less than 20 mm dia on wall/ceiling or above false ceiling with fittings (Color coding of wires shall be Phase, neutral and earth wire all as specified ) sunk Metal flush box with hylem sheet cover complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the non-functional Air conditioner window type of any description, any make and in any position, 1.5 TR/2 TR capacity, single phase, 50 Hz, strip opening, cleaning and servicing of the AC with using caustic soda/detergent powder solution, checking serviceability of wiring & parts, painting the bottom with one coat of black synthetic enameled paint, brazing, reassembling and testing of the AC complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the existing Air conditioner Split type of any description, any make and in any position 1.5 TR/2 TR capacity, both indoor and outdoor unit single phase, strip opening , cleaning and servicing of the AC with using caustic soda/detergent solution, cleaning of suction air filter and coil of indoor unit and brazing the discharge and suction line, reassembling, fixing and testing of the AC complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply & fixing ” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’. (ii) Charging of gas, if required, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. However, vacuum and pressure leakage testing with nitrogen (N2), if any required, is deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted by the contractor for this item

Disconnecting and taking out defective / nonfunctional air filter and Supply & fixing Air filter nylon type suitable for window type/Split A/C complete all as specified and directed. Make – Athlete / John Flower

Disconnecting and taking out existing defective / unserviceable remote control assembly with PCB of any description and in any position of any type of split AC & Supplying & fixing new remote control assembly with PCB plate complete with connections suitable for Split AC 1.5TR/2TR single phase capacity complete all as specified and directed . (Make : Carrier/Hitachi/LG )

Taking out defective sealed unit compressor of window type AC of capacity 1.5 TR of any make and S&F new compressor of original make in the existing AC, including welding, brazing of gas pipe line, vacuum pressure and testing with charging of Refrigerant Gas and testing & commissioning of AC complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 here in above but compressor of 2TR capacity AC of any make complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 10 & 11)Refrigerant Gas required for charging of compressor shall be measured separately under respective item of this Schedule.

Supply & charging of refrigerant Gas R-22 Mono chloro difluoro methane (CHCLF2) to make up the required pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the non-functional voltage stabilizer for General servicing and minor repairs AC 230 volts Single Phase 3 to 5 KVA cap. of any make by checking, tightening of electrical connection, replacement of all missing/worn out screws, indicating lamps, checking of electronic circuits to make it functional including replacement of minor defective parts complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :-The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’

Supply & fixing transformer copper wound of voltage stabilizer AC, Single Phase, 230 volts of capacity 5 KVA of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 15 here in above but of capacity 4 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the Refrigerator and strip opening for the checking of the defective parts and fixing of the new parts for proper functioning, re-assembling, refixing and re-connecting the Refrigertaor back to its original location and testing complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement hermetically sealed or rotary compressor suitable for Refrigerator of capacity 165 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Kirloskar / Complent / Tecumseh.

Supply and fixing in replacement hermetically sealed or rotary compressor suitable for Refrigerator/Deep freezer of capacity 310 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Kirloskar / Complent / Tecumseh.
