Installing of KSEB meter board at BTS Panthirikkara, including shifting the meter board from TE Vellayil, replacing the rusted screws, nuts and bolts etc, Painting the meter board after scrapping the rust, making interconnections inside the meter board using 6.0 sq. mm PVC insulated copper conductor cable, testing commissioning etc as reqd

S/F 40 mm dia PVC conduit along with accessories like bend etc for making service connection cable entry to the meter board as required

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the 2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supply and fixing 9 W LED in the existing lamp holder i/c testing, commissioning etc as reqd

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting,sheet steel enclosure with common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs ) as required.

S/F following rating MCBs /isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections testiong and commissioning etc. as reqd.

Supplying and Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 4x 10 Sqmm Aluminium conductor cable, in the surface of wall/ in RCC/ existing pipe/ loos in panel as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

P/F 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip in 40 mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with GI nut, bolt, spring washer excavation and refilling etc., as required

P/F 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc., as required.

P/F 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface/recess for loop earthing as reqd.

S/F 20mm dia GI pipe for protection of GI wire for extending earth connections to meter board as reqd

S/F 12 SWG dia Copper wire alongwith cable for loop earthing as reqd

Dismantling of old cable from EA set to Meter board and to BTS equipment and re-lay the cable to new meter board from EA set and handing over the excess cable to Engineer in Charge as reqd
