Taking down defective Flame proof weatherproof LED light Flying saucer (any type and any size), from any location mounted on any type of poles/bldgs/ tower/ high mast / Hanger/Sunshelter up to 18 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding complete after disconnecting of supply cable for replacement of fittings all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note : (i) Any T& P required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor.(ii) It is mandatory that contractor shall submit the insurance certificate minimum 10 Lakh sum assured of all staff/employee employed by him for the work services.

S & F LED Flame proof weatherproof LED light Flying saucer model 100 Watt ( CCT 5700 - 6500 K ) ,120 Degree light spreading angle and made in die cast aluminium alloy LM 6 suitable for zone 1 & 2 , gas group IIA & IIB,, with IP 65 Protection with hanging hook/clamp as per site requirment, power factor of minimum 0.95, pressure die-cast aluminium alloy housing with polyester powder coated metallic silver finish after phosphochromate treatment, life span of minimum 50000 working hours up to 18 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding complete and with and including wiring using three core PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, flexible stranded copper conductor FR-LSH cables suitable for outdoor use, 1.5 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010 complete all as specified and as directed.Make Shyam/Sudheer/HPL or equivalent make in group I as approved by ADG

Taking down defective high bay light fittings (any type and any size) from Hangers/Sun shelter or any type of bldgs (up to 20 mtr height),disconnecting, testing all components and Supply & fixing of 150 watt LED high efficency high bay light, circular light fitting with IP lense for better lightning distribution with pressure die-cast housing,having fin ventilation technology for better thermal management of capacity , LED of Make Osram; Everlight; Philips; Nicha; Cree; Samsung, LED wattage of minimum 3 watt each and Maximum 5 watt each, operational voltage of 170 volts to 270 volts, frequency of 50 Hz, lumen efficacy of minimum 125 lumens per watt, built-in integrated electronic LED driver, output open /short circuit protection, phase to phase protection, over voltage protection, surge voltage protection upto 4 KVs, protection grade IP 66, CRI greater than 70%, CW available CCT of 5700K, power factor of minimum 0.95, pressure die-cast aluminium alloy housing with polyester powder coated metallic silver finish after phosphochromate treatment, life span of minimum 50000 working hours and additional safty chain complete for installation at hanger on ceiling up to 20 mtr height complete with making electric connection with PVC sheathed copper conductor wire of 3 core x 2.5 Sqmm minimum 2 meter length in PVC flexible conduit all as specified including safety measures complete all as specified and directed . Note for Item No. 2 to 3 :- (i) It is mandatory that contractor shall submit the insurance certificate minimum 10 Lakh sum assured of all staff/employee employed by him for the work services. (ii) At location where light are connected through overhead conductor, connection cable from light fitting to overhead conductor is deemed to be incl in the item rate. (iii) All LED street light/flood lights shall be properly connected with earth dolly provided with fittings and steel poles earth bolt. (iv)All LED lights have replacement warranty of 5 years from the date of completion of the contract accordingly condition 46 of GCC (IAFW-2249) shall be amended to extent mention above. Contractor has to submitt warranty certificate from manufacturer . Payment of light fitting will be released after receiving of 5 year replacement warranty certificate. (v) The LED lights will replaced by the contractor free of cost in the case of manufacturing defects and Failure due to electrical impact if not connected properly with earth. Hence it is contractor responsibility to connect the light fitting earth wire and shall be grounded properly. (vi) The contractor shall submit the surge protection certificate and Type test certificate LM 79, LM 80 for luminaries. (vii) All LED fitting shall be identified by printing or fixing stickers duly mentioned the C.A number and date of completion. (viii) For any change in product or change in catalogue No. etc due to technological upgradation, letter has to be obtained from the lighting company on their letter head signed by an offical of National level. (ix) All T& P required at site for installation of light on Pole / Bldg /Tower or at any location shall be arranged by contractor.(X) If the clamp is not provided by manufacturer,s , it shall be the responsibility of the contractor to provide the same and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

General Note: Being mainteaince contract location for fixing of new light fittings and other repairs will be given to contractor on receiving of complaints or as when and on required basis and not in one span. Contractor shall not ask for hand over the complete site at one go and this aspect shall be included in quoated rates.
