It is highlighted that the cretin condition of General Condition Of Contracts (IAFW-2249) has been modified as direction of MOD i.e inclusion of performance security, deletion of risk & cost provisions and increase in defects liability period all as specified in tender document. 3. In case the overall quoted rates are less than to the overall minimum wages as mention in SCh 'A' notes and such quoted bid shall be consider as a non-bonafide bids and same shall be rejected during financial evaluation. The tenderers should keep in mind while quoting their offer. However contractor/bidder shall not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever for rejection of financial bids.

Outsourcing of day to day operation of vareious DG Sets with Fitter General Mechanic(Skilled) for 08 hrs per day per month including reliver on Sundays & holidays including daily maintenance and cleaning of entire installation area and daily updation of all necessary records & documents at OTM Power House and attending day to day compliants at OTM (New Command Building) with Fitter General Mechanic(Skilled Electrician) for 08 hrs per day per month including reliver on Sundays & holidays complete all as specified as per direction of Engg-in-Charge’s/GE A. OTM POWER HOUSE:- (i) DG Set 500 KVA - 04 Nos Qty- 01 no FGM x 01 shifts ( Moring shift ) in a day i.e. 01 no FGM per day including relieiver for Sundays & Holidays. B. OTM(New Command Building):- (i) Total Internal Points - 3000 Nos (ii) Tansformers - 500 KVA - 04 Nos Qty- 02 No FGM (Skilled Electrician) x 01 shifts ( Morning Shift) in a day i.e. 02 nos Electrician per day including reliver for Sundays and holidays. Total Qty- {01 no FGM(Skilled) x 01 shift ( Morning Shift) x 01 no Installation +02 no FGM (Skilled Electrician) x 01 shift (Morning Shift)} x 01 no Installation x11 Month =33 Each calendar month per 08 hours service(per shift).

Notes for item no 2 to 3.08:- (a) Amount of bonus is payable only after submission of valid and authentic document in support of having paid the requisite amount of bonus to the workmen, i.e proof of account payment. Similarly items/sub-items of ‘contribution towards EPF’ and ‘contribution towards ESIC’ shall also be payable after submission of valid & authentic document in support of proof of payment. (b) Irrespective of quoted rate against wage here-in-above , the tenderer/bidder shall be liable to pay unit quoted wage or minimum wages (as mention in Sch ‘A’note) whichever is higher to employee. Similarly the tenderer/bidder shall be liable to deposite/pay employer contribution towards EPF , employer contribution towards ESIC, Bonus quoted rate or liable amount as per Govt notification whichever is higher.

(c) DUTY TIME :- A normal working time of 08 hour shift as mentioned in PS. However, GE/Engg-in-Charge at his discretion may change the shift timings as per requirements and 1 shift or 2 shift installation may be late-night hours. The shift of 08 hours shall be continuous. The quoted rate shall be deemed to take into account such situations. (d) Operators will take all preventive measures as per code of practise of EI Rules as well as they should be insured for accident as per labour laws. The Department will not be responsible for any type of incident. (e) Wherever operation of DG Set is mentioned, the same is inclusive of operating the AMF /control panel including checking of battery, lub oil, fuel level, coolant etc and general cleanliness of the DG Set and surrounding area and reporting of fault immediately and switching on street lights as per time schedule where applicable all as specified and directed and the cost thereof deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (f) All the safety equipments and tools related to workmanship shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost. Contractor shall be provide T & P such as (Pipe wrench, pliers, line tester, test lamp, clamp meter) two set of uniforms to every operator, one No first aid box, cotton waste, wipping cloths to each installation under contract schedule, required log sheets of pumping sets and DG sets of all installations and sweeping instruments and the cost thereof deemed to be included in above quoted rate. (g) FGM, Electrician & Electrician Mate shall be Skilled & Semi Skilled respectively. (h) The term & condition as specified in Sch 'A' Note & PS of tender document. Accordingly bidder should quoting their offer. (i) Unit rate shall be quoted one Fitter General Mechanic / Electrician Mate/Electrician per 08 hour service per Day for one calendar month. (j)The operator should have own conveyance and communication system like mobile etc.
