Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use -terracing work in roofs or floors
Demolishing and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 metres lead -Unreinforced cement concrete up to 15cm thickness
Earthwork excavation for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all Operational, incidental ,labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting etc., complete for finished item of work - Ordinary soil-Manual means up to 3m depth. Note: Cost of dewatering may be added, where required, up to 5% of labour cost. Assessment for dewatering shall be made as per site condition

Supply and fixing of Galvalume sheet Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal Profile Roofing sheets with 0.47mm thickness (Total Coated Thickness-TCT), Coating: Alu-Zinc coating AZ150 GSM. Tensile strength: 550 MPA. Paint coating: Regular Modified Polyester painting. Painting thickness (Top): 18 to 20 Microns, (Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns. Finishing the flooring with Granolithic cement Concrete (1:1:2) for 20 mm thick using 6mm to 12mm size HBG crushed metal laid over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, in alternate panels of size not exceeding 1.50 m X 1.50 m and finishing the top surface to required smoothness and slopes and thread lining including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, metal, sand and water etc., complete for finished item of work.
Plastering in Cement mortar in CM (1:5) 12 mm thick using best river sand from Swarnamukhi river including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete
Painting two coats for External walls - New with Acrylic Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade over priming coat with ready mixed Cement primer for exteror grade-2 (water thinnable) (Total Three coats) for new plastered surface after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.
Painting Two coats for old wood work & old plastered surface with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades Grade-I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter approved colour and make over priming coat with ready mixed Cement primer for exteror grade-2 (water thinnable) (Total Three coats) for old plastered surface including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (IRC size HBG crushed stone aggregate confirming to Table 400-12 & Table 400-13) to Wet mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mixer, carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with Vibratory roller 8-10 Tonnes weight to achieve desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc., as per Technical specification vide clause No.406 of MORTH (5th Revision) etc., complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer-in-charge during execution.
NOTE: 1. As three wheeled smooth steel rollers are commonly in use, the same has been provided as an alternative which can be used if the thickness of individual layer does not exceed 100 mm. 2. The thickness of single compacted Wet Mix Mecadam layer shall not be less than 75 mm. 3. The thickness of single compacted Wet Mix Mecadam layer shall not be more than 200 mm.

Providing and fixing precast concrete blocks (interlocking pavers) using not lessthan M40 grade paver blocks and thickness not less than 80 mm for medium traffic areas conforming to IS 15658-2006 of all shapes and designs as per the specification, over sand bed of 20 mm to 40 mm (30 mm average) thickness and compacting with vibrating plate compactor having 3 tonne compaction force there by forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints. final compaction of paver surface to be done after spreading and brushing the fine sand into joints to its final level. The work includes cost of all materials such as interlocking pavers, sand etc., Labour and equipments such as cutting machine, lift, loading & unloading to work site clearing, bringing required all materials for the successful completion of work as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 MORD and as directed during execution by the Engineer-in- charge of the work.
Note: i. Thickness of interlocking pavers and underlaying sand bed shall be as per the Table 1 of IRC SP:63-2004 based on the traffic and type of road. The data can be worked out accordingly. i.e. 1.Cycle tracks and pedestrain footpaths, 2. Residential streets, 3. Industrial streets, bus and truck parkings areas and 4. Arterial streets, etc. ii. The base and sub-base over which interlocking pavers are to be laid shall also be as per the Table 1 of IRC SP:63-2004 based on the traffic and type of road/ground surfaces.
