Design, Fabrication, Supply & ITC including civil foundation work of 11 KV grade, 21 KA non-extendable outdoor type 2 way Ring Main Unit (system voltage 6 KV) consisting of 01 No Direct Cable Module and 01 No Load Break Switch for Outgoing to be connected with 500 KVA, 6 KV / 0.415 KV Transformer in the same yard, housed in suitable SF6 insulated enclosure for 2 RMU units and necessary accessories etc. as required and as per the technical specification. Design, Fabrication, Supply & ITC of COMPACT SUB STATION consisting of 500 KVA, 6.0 KV / 415V Dry type Transformer with Off load tap changer switch along with all safety accessories etc., 03 nos (1 Incoming & 2 Outgoing). 630 A nominal capacity 21 KA, 6.0 KV rating VCB housed in SF6 insulated enclosure with all types of protection relays & metering (voltage & current), Tripping mechanism and emergency push-trip button and motorised spring charging mechanism; 02 Nos( 1 Incoming & 1 Outgoing). ACB, MDO type 800A, FP, breaking capacity 50 kA (Ics = Icu upto 433 v), drawout type ACB and 1 no 250A,FP MCCB(Breaking Capacity) with microprocessor based release having short circuit, over current, earth fault protection etc complete as required on LT side and as per the technical specification. (All should be in separate compartment). 125KVA SILENT TYPE DG SET WITH DG SET CONTROL MODULE :- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 125 KVA Silent type D.G Set with DG set controller module mounted on DG set, having AMF control Panel(separate), auto load management, inbuilt metering & protection, communicable port (RS485) etc. and acoustic enclosure conforming to latest environment protection regulations for emmission and noise levels complete with Diesel Engine of suitable BHP (considering de-rating factor if any) at 1500 RPM, water / oil cooled Radiator, four stroke, electric start, turbo-charged & after cooled conforming to BS: 5514 with all standard accessories,coupled with Alternator of 125 KVA rating, brushless, self excited, self regulated and suitable for continuous operation , generating 415 V+/-5% Volts at 0.8 PF ( lag), 50Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system generally conforming to BS: 2613 & IS: 4722. Supply and fixing of flame retardant electrical insulation mat of 3.0 mm thick to withstand upto 33 kV conforming to IS 15652:2006 with upto date amendments and having minimum width 1000mm (+ 20mm). The sufficient of adhesive / compound shall be supplied to fix the insulation mat on the front/rear side of electrical installation. Mat shall be ISI marked. Its leakage curent at 11 KV shall not be more than 10 MA. The mat shall be welded by hot gas welding with filler matrial method by making V grove cut at joints with suitable welding cord of insulating material of matching colour to provide a seamless jointed surface as per IS :8002.
