WATER TREATMENT PLANT (WTP) Design, construction, testing & commissioning of 0.50 MLD capacity Water treatment plant at Water Works Madina including inlet channel, Alum dozing, Flash mixing, Clarifloculator, filter box, over head Reservoir for back wash, waste water tank including all civil work, pumping machineries and electric cabling, control panels, entire piping network of suitable size DI pipe from S & S Tank to Pump chamber, raw water pump to inlet box of WTP, WTP to CWT & Suction Well for CW including DI specials, suitable size Sluice valves, Hodies, manhole covers, air scour equipment, chemical house including chlorination equipment and arrangement of flow measurement and sand bed complete in all respects as per NIT (Sluice valves of make IVC/VAG) . DI pipe for the work will be supplied by the PHE Deptt. free of cost at Reserve stock Gohana.

Design, Supply & Erection of copper wound outdoor type Transformers of required KVA as mentioned below on load tap changer or suitable capacity on higher side of standard make outdoor type, VCB Panel, G.O. Switch, H.T. Metering Panels, APFC Panels along with for each Transformer, 11KV Substation, entire cable network from G.O. Switch to H.T. Metering equipment and from H.T. Metering to Transformer Main to L.T. Panel, Earthing, safety equipment and any other contingent thereto complete in all respect as per DNIT and getting it passed from Chief Electrical Officer including operation & Maintenance of 5 Years.- AT W/W = 63 KVA

Design, Supply & Erection of 1 No. DG Sets of required KVA as mentioned below suitable capacity on higher side capacity with Acoustic Canopy, AMF Panel and Copper Earthing of suitable rate with change over switch & synchronizing panel complete as per DNIT including operation & Maintenance of 5 Years.- AT W/W = 100 KVA

Operation and maintenance for the complete scope of work meintioned in the DNIT ( Disinfection material supplied by the PHED) as per schedule –IV for a period of 5 years after 12 month during defect liability period 3 months trial run ( will be changed to the A/mtc Estimate)-(i)-Opertation an Maintenance during Defect liability period (Operation Only)

(iii) Operation and maintenance during 2nd year

(iii) Operation and maintenance during 3rd year

(v) Operation and maintenance during 4th year
