Procurement of Butterfly valves for Plate Heat Exchangers of Unit 6

a. For Manufacturers: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied Butterfly Valves of make FOURESS / PEE / PERFECT to any Thermal Power Plants / Process Industries amounting to not less than Rs. 45.18 lakhs (Rs. 22.59 lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) in any one year of the preceding three financial years (2 year for Micro and small Enterprises). As a proof purchase order (PO)/JO/WO copies (Single/Multiple (max.3)) for any one of the said financial year during which supplies are made shall be uploaded. b. For Authorized representatives / dealers: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied Butterfly Valves of make FOURESS / PEE / PERFECT to any Thermal Power Plants / Process Industries amounting to not less than Rs. 16.94 lakhs in any one year of the preceding three financial years.

The intending bidder shall be a manufacturer / authorized dealer of Butterfly Valves of make FOURESS / PEE / PERFECT. As a proof, relevant documents shall be uploaded.

The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be not less than Rs. 56.48 lakhs (Rs. 28.24 lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) during the last 3 preceding financial years (last 2 preceding financial years respect to Micro and small Enterprises). As a proof the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Annual turnover certificate / Profit & Loss statement duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.
