Taking down cement or cement lime plaster or washed stone grit plaster of any description on brick or stone walls/ ceiling etc. including racking out joints, hacking for keys , scrubing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on ceiling, soffits, chajja projection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete/brick surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately as supply only under respective item

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls/ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over wall/ceiling surfaces incl wall putty as required complete all as specifed and as directed. Note -(a)The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer and the materials shall be approved by Garrison Engineer.

M& L for writing letters of figures ( Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc 30 cm height, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing Stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain concrete of description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as in coping, benching, bressumers steps, incl necessary form work complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas, & similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specifed and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs & similar items including edges for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in chajjas etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
