Urgent Repairs to Electro Mechanical Equipment of 1.0 MLD STP at Govt.General Hospital, Kadapa in YSR District

Rehabilitation of Manual Coarse Screen including dismantling of damaged existing unit, fabrication/supply of new MS/SS screen bars and frame, erection, fixing in position, alignment, welding, painting/coating, complete with all necessary nuts, bolts, clamps, labour, tools & tackles, testing and successful commissioning as per site requirements.

Rehabilitation of Mechanical Coarse Screen including dismantling of damaged existing unit, supply, erection, repair/replacement of screen assembly, chain mechanism, sprockets, rake arrangement, drive motor, gearbox, guide rails, frame structure and all allied accessories, complete with alignment, wiring connections, lubrication, testing and successful commissioning as per site requirements.

Rehabilitation of Collection Tank Pumps including dismantling of existing pumps, servicing/repair of pump and motor, bearing replacement, motor rewinding, oil seal replacement, shaft checking, impeller balancing, coupling alignment, reassembly, erection, installation, testing and successful commissioning complete with all necessary consumables and accessories as per site requirements.

Rehabilitation of Anoxic Tank Manual Screen, including supply, erection, repair/rectification, removal of accumulated waste, cleaning of screen bars, dismantling of damaged components, replacement/fabrication of screen bars and frame, fixing, alignment, welding, painting, testing and commissioning complete.

Rehabilitation of Anoxic Tank Mechanical Screen Gearbox, including supply, dismantling of existing gearbox, inspection, repair and replacement of damaged components such as gears, bearings, oil seals, shafts and lubricants, complete reassembly, alignment with drive system, installation, provision of all consumables and accessories, testing, trial run and successful commissioning as per site requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rehabilitation of Anoxic Tank Mixer, including supply, erection, commissioning and repair/replacement of the existing unit by dismantling the damaged mixer assembly and associated components. The work includes providing and fixing of mixer assembly, motor, gearbox, shaft, impeller/blades, mounting arrangement, bearings, seals and all allied accessories.

Rehabilitation of Anoxic Tank Blower, including supply, erection, commissioning and repair/servicing of the existing unit by dismantling the blower assembly, thorough inspection and replacement of worn-out or damaged components such as lobes, bearings, oil seals, timing gears, gaskets, lubrication oil and other necessary parts.

Rehabilitation of Aeration Tank Blowers including dismantling of existing blowers, replacement of damaged lobes, gear wheels, bearings, oil seals, timing gears, gaskets, lubrication oil and other worn-out parts, reassembly, alignment with motor coupling, installation, testing and successful commissioning complete with all necessary consumables and accessories as per site requirements.

Rehabilitation of Filter Feed Pumps including dismantling of existing pumps, servicing/repair of pump and motor, replacement of damaged bearings, bushes, oil seals, shaft sleeves, impeller, coupling, gaskets and other worn-out parts, motor rewinding if required, reassembly, alignment, installation, testing and successful commissioning complete with all necessary consumables and accessories as per site requirements.

Rehabilitation of Pressure Sand Filter including removal of existing damaged/exhausted filter media, cleaning of internal vessel, supply and filling of graded gravels and approved quality sand media, inspection of nozzles/laterals, replacement of damaged internals if required, reassembly, testing and successful commissioning complete with all necessary consumables and accessories as per site requirements.

Rehabilitation of Activated Carbon Filter including removal of existing exhausted carbon media, cleaning of internal vessel, supply and filling of approved quality activated carbon media with required support gravel, inspection of nozzles/laterals, replacement of damaged internals if required, reassembly, testing and successful commissioning complete with all necessary consumables and accessories as per site requirements.

Rehabilitation of UV Sterilizer including dismantling of existing unit, replacement of UV lamps, quartz sleeves, gaskets, ballast/control components and other damaged parts, cleaning of chamber, reassembly, electrical connections, testing and successful commissioning complete with all necessary consumables and accessories as per site requirements.

Rehabilitation of Filter Press Unit including dismantling of existing unit, servicing/repair of hydraulic system, pump, motor, plate shifting mechanism, replacement of filter cloths, plates, seals, gaskets, valves, pipelines and other damaged/worn-out spares, reassembly, alignment, installation, testing and successful commissioning complete with all necessary consumables and accessories as per site requirements.

Supply and delivery of MBBR bio media made of virgin HDPE, with minimum specific surface area of 500 m²/m³, density 0.95–0.98 g/cm³, suitable for sewage treatment plants, including packing, loading, transportation, and unloading at site, complete.
