Demolishing nominal cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four coarse sand :eight graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size ) or leaner mix manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m (one point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (ten squaremetre) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, upto any lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, upto any lead including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement:five coarse sand : ten graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size ) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, in all works up to all floor level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement: two coarse sand :four graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size ) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, in all works up to all floor level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm (twelve millimetre) to 20 mm (twenty millimetre) in patches of area 2.5 (two point five) squaremeters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four fine sand) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications. Two or more coat applied on walls @ (at the rate of) 1.25 ltr/10 sqm (one point two five litre per ten square metre) over and including one coat of special primer applied @ (at the rate of) 0.75 ltr/10 sqm (zero point seven five litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone of approved quality/quarry in superstructure above plinth level upto all floor level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six coarse sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/ stone masonry / plain reinforced concrete abutment , wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia.(one hundred millimetre diametre) PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1V:20H (one vertical isto twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 including carriage of material and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
