Material and labour for painting of LT Panel/ Bus Bar Chamber/ Feeder Pillar box of any type & size by applying two coats of synthetic enamell smoke gray paint over a coat of red oxide primer surface complete all as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of unserviceable earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I 1991 connected to earthing test point/ transformer/ panel all as directed and testing on completion as directed including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1, RCC pit cover, charcoal, salt including provision of earth lead protected by 40mm dia light grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) If the desired earth resistance is not found within permissible limit of less than 5 Ohm, earthing shall be redone by contractor without any extra cost. (ii) Cost of galvanised earth strip upto 7.5 mtr, 40mm dia light grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering is included in the rate quoted for this item.

Material and labour for replacement of unserviceable earthing with maintenance free earthing with copper electrode 50mm dia thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.10 mtr below ground level filled with highly conductive metalic compound mixture CCM with the permanent sealing of the both end, outer dia pipe 50mm with strip terminal 50x6 with terminal holes including one bag 25 kg of bfc compound, earth connected with copper strip 20 x 3 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, Nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board protected by galvanized iron pipe medium 40 mm bore, PVC chamber as per manufacturer instruction and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Removing of excavated soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

Material and labour for cutting chases in hard standing road/path/drain etc for passing cables/pipes etc size of cutting 100mm wide and 300mm deep and removing the excavated materials and disposal at 50 metre distance and making good to the cutting after the pipe and cables are laid with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Cost of GI/ HDPE pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Material & labour for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations and mass concrete for foundations of poles etc complete all as directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary from work for finishing exposed faces of concrete smooth and even using extra cement complete all as directed.

Taking out carefully LT cable of any size or type or make from ground/ poles/ pipes etc and testing for serviceability and laying the same serviceable LT cables under ground/ on poles/ through pipes etc at same or any other location and testing after connections complete all as directed. Note:- (a) Item to be measured only when cable is found serviceble for reuse. (b) Necessary excavation, sand cushioning, cable protection covers, returning, removal etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Material and labour for laying, jointing and testing of underground XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty multistranded electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade in trenches/ ducts/ along poles/ through pipe/ under road/ PCC etc and connecting with new aluminium lugs including taking out existing unserviceable of any size/ type complete for the following cables of cross sectional area all as directed: Notes: (a) Excavation, returning, removal, sand cushioning, cable protection covers, GI protection pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately. Note: Excavation, concrete, loop type insulator and stay clamp will be measured and paid seprately.

Supply and fixing of loop type insulator vitreous procelain, white, brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 65 x 90 mm, clearence of hole 16 mm etc including taking down existing unserviceable of any type/ make etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts for LT of size 20 x 15 cm including taking down existing unserviceable of any type/ size etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling carefully existing steel poles/ struts/ PCC poles of any size/ type for reuse including necessary excavation, demolition of concrete, shifting to a location as directed and removing the old concrete/ PCC rubbish etc complete all as directed. Note - Item to be measured only when pole is found serviceble for reuse at same or any other location.

Labour only for fixing/ erecting only of steel/ PCC poles of any length and type retrieved from demolition/ dismantling of item No 40 here in above of including loading, shifting, unloading and erection in true vertical position complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing of post top lantern LED type of 20 Watt capacity 230 volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp from pole of any height/ pillar/ bldg wall etc CCT not less than 5700K, IP 65 complete including taking down existing unserviceable light fittings all as directed.
