75 mm tthick Plain Cement concrete, M-7.5, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base and similar works, complete all as spcified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel work as in rails, half round of other stock section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, etc or similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Flat iron for wind ties shall be of size 40x4mm.

Framed work for fixing of steel sheeting or other cover such as eaves board to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hook and hinger or steel hanging as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Galvanized plain mild steel sheeting, 0.63 mm thick in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed ) with grade of zinc coating 275 gm/sqm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces of any description, exc. 10cm width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Machine presseed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick of M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS-15658-2006, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor (Multi-stranded) PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS electric cable 1100 volts cable and including PVC casing and caping of suitable size (as per conductor run) with all fittings/ accessories and including PVC insulated electric cable 1100 volts 1.5 Sqmm ( multi-stranded) copper conductor single core( Green colour) cable as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly in existing CI/ wooden/ MS box covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet ( Make Hylum) for one light point/ fan/exhaust fan point/ bell point etc controlled by one, one way switch, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Eye/ bottle thimbles shall be used for connection in switches/ sockets & MCB's in DB's without any extra cost. (ii) Electric rewiring should be donein proper color coding i.e. red for phase, black for neutral and green for earth.

All as per item No 48 here-in-above, but for one 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on the independent board with other switches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix (in replacement ) of existing unserviceable Sheet metal enclosure with new DB’s suitable for MCBs of single pole and neutral 8 way double door type with 200 amp rated bus bar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: i) Connnections of the MCB'S shall be done with appropriate size of brass/Cooper thimble. ii) The disturbed surface shall be match with existing surface & shall be a part of job.

Supply and fix (in replacement) of MCB SPN 40 Amp breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells Cat part No DHMGCSNF006-032 or equivalent in Bajaj/ Legrand/ ABB.

Supply and fix (in replacement) of MCB SP up to 6-32 Amp complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells Cat part No : DHMGBSPF006-032 or equivalent in Bajaj/ Legrand/ ABB.
