Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera and other similar structure in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks ( Where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the line and dimensions shown on the drawings as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 ( One cement : four sand : eight graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size on ground or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering and removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete in all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in retaining wall, breast wall etcetera as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800,900 and 1200 as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:3:6 ( One cement : three sand : six graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 40mm ( Forty millimetre) nominal size on ground or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete in all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 as per the direction and entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-Charge Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete work 1:2:4 (One cement : two sand : four graded crushed/ broken stone aggregates 20mm (Twenty millimeters) nominal size) mix designed to obtain the minimum crushing strength of grade M-20 (M-twenty) and curing complete, excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Foundation, footing, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete including pumping or bailing out water and removal of slush if any and carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, sale tax, malkana and all other taxes, GST as imposed by the Government.

Random rubble masonry/ polygonal rubble masonry (un-coursed/ brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : six sand : twelve graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimetres) nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) and curing complete, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, sale tax, malkana and all other taxes, GST as imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Mild steel/ tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all heights including cost of binding wires complete and carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying and fixing woven plains galvanised iron wire fencing of mesh 50mm (fifty milimetres) to any type of standard rails straining bolts etcetera, including provision of binding wire, staples etcetera, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, in beams joists channels angles, tee, flats with connected plates or angles cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like, including cutting, fixing, lifting, hoisting and placing in position complete and applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per HP:PWD. Specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, sale tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.
