LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE CHARGES for complete maintenance of the entire garden features in the garden area like Lawn, Trees Shrubs, Flower beds Foliage plants, Creepers and other water bodies etc including hoeing, weeding, pruning, training, replacement of plants, gap filling watering, mowing of lawn, grass side cutting manually or by using brush cutter, removal of garden waste, making ring basins and correction of ring basins, bush cutting, supply & applying farmyard manure, insecticide, pesticide fungicide, fertilizers and other tools and tackles(Whenever or wherever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure, plant nursery works and other garden related maintenance work as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of manure, fertilizer, insecticide and other chemicals, lawn mower & brush cutter with fuel other T & P material/articles for this maintenance shall be provided by the separate items below)

Complete maintenance of hedges/edges, removal of cut materials, cleaning, hoeing of hedges/edges, bed watering manuring and apply insecticides and fungicides etc. (Cost of manure, fertilizer, insecticide and other chemicals, lawn mower & brush cutter with fuel other T & P material/articles for this maintenance shall be provided by the separate items below)

Complete maintenance of trees outside the garden area jobs like making of basin at regular interval, watering, weeding, pruning, & application of fertilizer etc (Cost of manure, fertilizer, insecticide and other chemicals, lawn mower & brush cutter with fuel other T & P material/articles for this maintenance shall be provided by the separate items below)

Complete maintenance of shrubs outside the garden area jobs like making of basin at regular interval, watering, weeding, pruning, & application of fertilizer etc(Cost of manure, fertilizer, insecticide and other chemicals, lawn mower & brush cutter with fuel other T & P material/articles for this maintenance shall be provided by the separate items below)

Supply and utilization of the following tools & tackles with required quantities used for maintenance throughout the entire period of contract(i.e. per year).(Cost including the charges for transportation and material movement within the site)

Providing and watering of irrigation water through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e., lawn, shrubs, hedges/edges, ground cover etc. at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 lit. capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, watering at site with all leads and lifts as per the direction of officer-in-charge.

SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS FOR ABOVE ITEMS: a) For item No-1 to 4 the payment will be made once in two months (bi-monthly) in equal instalments. b) For item No- 5, 75% of payment will be made after supply to site on submission of proper bill/invoice and 25% of payment will be made after handed over the equipment in good condition. c) For the item No-6: 100% of payment will be made after execution of the same on submission of proper bill/invoice. d) For item No- 7 the payment will be made, once the materials will be supplied and utilized. Contractor should submit the bill accordingly.
