The tenderer should be a manufacturer who Must have manufactured tested and Supplied the equipment similar to the type Specified in the Schedule Requirements SUPPLY of 02 Tractor Trailer Work Done Certificate. for NON Micro and small Enterprises in any one of the last 3 Years, from 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. it will be 01 Tractor Trailer Work Done Certificate. with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises of the quantity required in any one of the last 2 Years from 2024-25 & 2025-26 The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design.

Tenderer should submit company registration certificate and should hold the renewed valid license should be uploaded.

The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be not less than Rs 27.00 Lakhs during the last 3 preceding financial years. lt will be Rs 13.50 Lakhs with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises during the last 2 preceding financial years ending on the relevant financial Years. The bidder shall have a functional service center within the State of Karnataka for timely support, maintenance, and emergency service assistance. Documentary proof of service center establishment shall be submitted along with the bid.
