Rate Contract for Providing call basis repairing and maintenance of Diesel Engine Alternator sets at various Telecom buildings BTS sites under BA Jodhpur

General Servicing of following capacity of DEA sets of different makes and models under various exchanges comprising of following jobs i/c Transportation, Labour charges & material required for servicing i/c minor material required for healthyness of DG set etc. as reqd. (i) Cleaning & greasing of the parts. (ii) Tappet setting as per standard. (iii) Fan belt, tensioner pulley and lever adjustments. (iv) Tightening of all the nuts, bolts and clamps. (v) Testing & checking of AC & DC Wiring. (vi) Checking of Supply & return fuel pipes from fuel tank to engine. (vii) Replacement of consumables like lub Oil, diesel filter, Oil filter, filter element of air cleaner & coolant (in case of water cooled engines). (viii Checking of FIP timing by Fuel cut off method. (ix) General servicing i/c cleaning of DG panel. (x) General servicing & complete cleaning of DG set (XI) Servicing of Self Starter and Charging Alternator/ Dynemo. (The cost of associated parts shall be paid as per items given below). (XII) Cleaning of Radiator (In case water cooled) NOTE: After servicing the set, a trial test also be carried out by the firm for 30 minutes (DG starting battery & Diesel shall be arrange by vendor without any extra cost) and check its performance & submitt the readings of out put voltage, current (for each phase) and frequency, LOP, RPM, Hr Meter Reading with working condition status report etc. in Service Report. This item shall be paid only after submission of desired report duly verified by concerned telecom authorities.

Replacement / Supply of the following parts in existing Diesel Engine Alternator set / DG Panel I/c dismantling of faulty parts, fixing the new in place of faulty parts i/c, connection, testing etc complete as reqd.

Battery Lead of suitable size and length with brass terminals set (pair)

Removal of following faulty / burnt / damage parts in the existing DEA set upto 50 KVA and providing & fixing of new parts to bring the Engine in healthy condition including testing etc. complete as reqd.

Fan Belt set

Fuel feed pump kit.

Replacement of 12 volt battery of following capacity for E/A Sets in full charged condition, making connection, testing of E/A set etc. complete as required.

Supply and Fixing of following capacity four pole OFF load change over switch in sheet steel enclosure capable of working 415/500 V i/c drilling hole on the board, making connection, earthing the body etc. complete as reqd.

SITC of following capacity TPN switch with fuse unit in sheet enclosure capable of working on 415/500V i/c. drilling the hole on the board, making connection,earthing the body etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying and laying 3 core 2.5sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed flexible copper cable for charger connection of 1.1 KV grade i/c fixing the same on wall with suitalbe plastic clip etc, as required.

Supplying and laying(on wall /pipe / ground) of following size of pvc insulated pvc sheathed 1.1 kv grade XLPE Aluminium conductor armoured cable confirming to relevant IS-Specification etc complete as reqd.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland & aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as reqd.
