Schedule 'A' Part-I (E/M items)

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators,sockets,light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concealed point wiring with PVC insulated PVC unsheathed multi core stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm (FRLS) concealed with PVC conduit of size 20mm dia with all accessories fixed on wall or ceiling with sunken type pressed steel welded MS steel terminal boxes made out of 16 SWG MS sheet 3mm thick laminated sheet cover for mounting of fitting, switches, socket and fan regulator etc including provision of PVC insulated 1.5 Sqmm copper stranded solid conductor for earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth and earth dolly complete for One light /fan point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Colour code to be followed)

All as per Item No. 1.02 above but one 3 Pin 5/6 Amp socket outlet on independent board.

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with cable PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 V grade conforming to IS for one way SP, 5A with 1.5 Sqmm of cable of nominal area multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including 20mm PVC casing capping including accessories on wall / floor/ ceiling (on surface) etc with 16G MS pressed steel terminal box with 3mm thick laminated sheet cover for mounting switch, socket outlet etc complete with all accessories / fittings including PVC insulated continuous multistandred copper earth wire (1.5 Sqmm) and connected to common earth dolly complete for the following :- (a) One light/holder point or one fan point / bell point controlled by one switch. Supply and fixing in repair stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type for ceiling fan on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fixing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 Sq mm 4 core laid in trenches or fixed on wall / floor / pole complete all as directed.

Supply and replace of Recess mounting LED light fittings of size 2x2 feet with 36 watt CDL complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible cable of 0.75 sqmm 3 core copper conductor from ceiling rose to light fittings complete all as specified and directed. Taking down DB including MCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure DB TPN 415 volts 4 way double door type with 200 amps rated bus bar for fixing MCB complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Havells/Standard.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 415 volts 32 Amps, 10 kA, 'D' curve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 415 volts 40 Amps, 10 kA, 'D' curve complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI or steel wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 15mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @150 c/c both ways, one lifting handle made out of 10mm dia TMT bar 250mm long embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as specified and directed.

(Note: Earthing strip and GI pipe upto 7.50 m length shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.)
