PROVISION OF WEATHER SHELTER GAZEBO AND CONNECTED B/R ITEMS AND PROVISION OF FALSE CEILING ALONGWITH ACP CLADDING AT P-6 BUILDING AT ICGS VADINAR UNDER GE (I) CG PORBANDAR

Schedule 'A' B/R

Excavation in post holes, each not exceeding 0.50 cum, including getting out, and returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth, around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, and making good the surfaces, in soft/loose soil, all complete as specified.

Material and labour for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete, Type B2, 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggregate), complete as specified.

Supply and fixing of steel work in tubular trusses, posts, purlins and rafters, including special shaped washers etc., using ERW or induction butt-welded tubes conforming to IS 1161:1998, Grade St-240, complete as specified.

Material and labour for providing 4 mm thick designer shingle mat of any colour and design pattern, at any height and slope, comprising mineral-stabilised, reinforced fibre-glass, high-grade asphalt overlaid with high-strength ceramic-coated granules on a mineral-stabilised, fire-retardant coating, including sealing of ridge/valley liner cover, laid with a forced torch gun over 16 mm thick cement asbestos plain sheet, fixed with self-tapping screws, and joints sealed with matching colour silicone, complete, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brickwork with fly-ash modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete as specified.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick cement concrete, 1:2:4, Type B1 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate), as levelling course, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for matt/polished finish vitrified ceramic tiles, 10 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6.

All as per Item No. 7 above, but 10 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:4, on vertical surfaces/skirting, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete as specified.
