EARTHWORK: Excavation in all types of soils for foundations, including backfilling the sides (zari, below plingth) and compacting it after complition of foundation, and disposing surplus earth outside the CAMPUS as directed, all completed as directed and as per specifications and Inc. shoring and strutting of sides as required. The rates shall include excavation, loading, transporting and unloading the excavated material. Actual excavated volume to be measured and paid.

PCC : Providing and laying, Machine/Hand mixed, properly compacted, PCC including ramming, consolidating, curing etc. All complete as per specifications. (INCLUDING COST of Formwork)

BRICK MASONRY UP TO PLINTH LEVEL: Providing and laying brick masonry work 14" +9" and above thickness with good quality approved bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4coarse sand) in true line level and plumb for wall foundation, trenches, pedestals, columns, compound wall, steps, pillars etc. curing etc. complete as directed and specified. Ref. attched drawing for more details.

BRICK MASONRY ABOVE PLINTH LEVEL: Providing and laying brick masonry, for walls, pillars, parapet, cabin and other similar locations etc. by using good quality bricks in true line, level and plumb including racking the joints upto 20 mm depth, rubbing and cleaning the surface, with curing etc. complete as directed and specified.

SINGLE COAT PLASTER: 12 to 19 mm thick Single coat mala or single coat rough / finished plaster to walls, ceilings, soffits, columns, piers etc. in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 sand) applied finished, smooth and cured complete. Including racking of joints, curing, etc. Complete in all respect

FLUSH POINTING NEW SURFACE: Providing cement flush or raised pointing in 1:2 cm prop. Including the racking of joints and filling with cement sand mortar. ( Matching to existing IIMA buildings.

COPING: 4” thk. Coping over brick masonry with 2 nos. 8mm dia main bars on top & bottom and stirrups of 8mm dia bar at 200mm C/C.

RCC: Providing and laying, Machine/Hand mixed, properly compacted, RCC including ramming, consolidating, curing etc. All complete as per specifications. (Inclusive cost of Formwork)

RAINFORCEMENT: Providing, fabricating and placing in position reinforcing bars, including binding with annealed binding wire for R.C elements, wastage, spacers, cover block, etc. all complete for all diameters and as per specifications.

FABRICATION: Providing, Fabricating & Erection of M.S. pipe structure / BOX sections for the shade with all necessary required NUTS, BOLTS etc. with TWO COATS of enamel paint over one coat of primer it as per standard specifications (Ref. attched drawing for more details). To be anchored on the RCC column using mini. 6mm th. ms base plate of size 150 mm x 150 mm

Providing, Fabricating & Erection of M.S. pipe FRAME / BOX sections for GATE with all necessary required BASE PLATE, ANCHOR FASTNERS, NUTS, BOLTS etc. with TWO COATS of enamel paint over one coat of primer it as per standard specifications AND DIRECTED BY EIC. Note: i) To be anchored on the RCC column using mini. 6mm th. ms base plate(Size: 100 mm x 300 mm) for mini. two hinges on each plate using 4 nos. of mini. 12 mm dia anchor fastners two plates per post.

Providing and fixing fully pre-painted metal roofing sheet using necessary fixtures screw, bolts, proper overlapping and in line level etc. As directed and approved by EIC, complete.

Supply, fabrication and erection in position fibre sheet of 2.5mm thickness including nut, bolt, etc. complete.

Job work for demolition of ramp pcc, ramp wall, and redoing the same
