Providing and supply of horizontal spindle horizontal split casing multistage centrifugal pump of Kirloskar make of 75 HP such as per BIS:1520 appro[riate IS code (Latest with upto date ammendments) readwith BIS: 9137-1978 or latest to handle clear water for under mentioned characterstics with impellers/ priming funnels, casing ring and shaft sleeves bronze, shaft of steel grade EN-8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling with upto date ammendments to Squirrel cage drip proof induction motor of standard make such as Kirloskar for operation on 400 (+)(-) 10% volts, 50 cycles/second 3 phase AC electric supply.The power of electric motor should be atleast 10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump in the operation range (+) 10% and (-) 25% of the duty point head. The motor should be as per IS: 325-1978 with upto date amendments.

Providing and fixing of manually operated L.T. Oil Circuit Breaker non draw out type SOCB-N of breaking capacity 200 Amp. oil tank capacity 1 No. shatter, bentax, Kapil (SKN) make- without initial oil filling as the case may be with neutral linked under voltage with up to date amendments.complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing of Change over switch side handled operated standerd/ Havell's/ L&T, Belno make suitable capacity Operational rating as per IS: 4064-1978 with up to date amendments immediately after the power meter of HPSEB. 200 Amp complete in all respect.

Providing & fixing of suitable size 25 mm2 Sq copper PVC insulated flat power 3 core copper cable conforming to BIS 1554 (part-I) -1988 of latest with appropriate size including all other accessories such as thimbles flexible pipe solder, nuts bolts, cable glands, etc. laid in pipes (carrying all three phases) in all leads and lifts to the etire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of double flanged cast steel Sluice Valve 80 mm dia. of Leader/Kirloskar make capable With standing normal seat pressure as per BS-1414 / API : 600 of class ASA-300 with upto date ammendment with table- 17 flange nuts and bolts, gasket sheet not less than 3 mm thickness etc. complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Cutting, welding and lowering of Common header of 100 to 150 mm Dia pipe as per IS:1239-1990 (Part 1) with latest upto date and ammnendments by butt welded joints complete of all length of complete in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Installation of all the above items complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
