Workshop Flooring and Roofing

Cleaning of existing cement flooring surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete. Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface for new concrete work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying C.C pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator, vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge ( The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately)

Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate)finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Proving contraction/expansion grooves in concrete surface of size 25mm depth and 3mm width including all labour charges, materials, equipment etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in position pre- moulded joint filler in expansion joints.

Providing and installing abrasion resistant heavy duty work shop flooring by preparing the surface, cleaning the surface thoroughly by removing all dust and debris and all cracks, crevices and undulations shall be filled with epoxy based mortar. Before the application of epoxy toppings, the concrete substrate shall be checked for moisture content with a Thermo-Hygrometer (RH is 75 or lower /5% Moisture content & below). Applying one coat of epoxy primer on the prepared surface and allow it to became tack free. Followed by applying Self levelling hard Epoxy floor coating of approved brand and colour as per direction of engineer in charge and cure as per the manufactures specification in three layers of minimum thickness 3 mm/each layer, including material, labour, leading, laying etc. complete. The finished floor should be self- smooth to an even coloured, dense and impervious.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-Charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 leaner mix ( including equivalent design mix)

Providing corrugate G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( up to any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Providing and laying in situ water proofing treatment in traffold sheet roofing with SBM ( Styrene Butadine Membrane) modified 1.5mm thick black finish membrane over sheet roof consisting of first thick coat of oil bound primer primer @ 0.30 Kg per sqm. Application after thorough cleaning of roofing sheet with wire brush ( Min area 30cmx 30cm ) around the J Bolt. Finally finishing with SBM peel off type membrane around the area to be repaired

Supply, installation, Testing & Commissioning of Turbine Air Ventilator with suitable transparent, pyramid type FRP hood base and transparent FRP sheet with suitable support shall be suitable to fit with groves matching roof profile of Galvanised steel sheet of the Pre- Engineered building structure properly, without any roof leakages. Top plate & Bottom ring & connecting shaft should be SS 304. Pipe assembly covering shaft, connecting rod, bolt & Nuts, cross strips made up with stainless steel. Min 36 Nos of Aluminium Fins (Vanes) & its connecting Rivets. Throat Dia 21’’, Ventilator dia 28’’ Exhaust capacity: 6000 CFM at 5 MPH Wind Velocity Guarantee certificate, Material test certificate for chemical composition of material used shall be provided along with the supply.

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos. of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door fame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and sized of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. 12.5 mm thick square edge PVC Laminated Gypsum Tile size 595x595 mm made of Gypsum plasterboard , manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 part I and laminated with white 0.16 mm thick fire retardant PVC film on the face side and 12 micron metalized polyster on the back side with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyster film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineerin- charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. For vertical surface two coats @0.70 kg per sqm

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2). 12 mm average thickness.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 75mm average thickness

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Drainage works

Cleaning of chocked sewer line and other drainage system including storm water drain by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm dia for all depth.

Providing and fixing factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of size 1000x450x50 mm, reinforced with 8 mm dia four nos longitudinal & 9 nos cross sectional T.M.T. hoop bars, including providing 50 mm dia perforation @ 100 to 125 mm c/c, including providing edge binding with M.S. flats of size 50 mm x 1.6 mm complete, all as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and fixing factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of size 1000x600x100 mm, reinforced with 8 mm dia four nos longitudinal & 12 nos cross sectional T.M.T. hoop bars, including providing 50 mm dia perforation @ 100 to 125 mm c/c, including providing edge binding with M.S. flats of size 50 mm x 1.6 mm complete, all as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Taking out C.I cover with frame from R.C.C. top slab of manholes of various sizes including demolishing of R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means and stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials with 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

DG Set
