Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm dia and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store.

All as per item No 1 above but 20mm bore.

Supply and fix Unplasticized PVC pipes of bore 15mm, pressure rating 10 Kg/Sq. Cm pressure rating 10 Kgf/Sq. Cm all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Unplasticized PVC pipes of bore 20mm, pressure rating 10 Kg/Sq. Cm pressure rating 10 Kgf/Sq. Cm all as specified and as directed

S & F Tubes medium grade galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors 25/32mm bore.

S&F in repairs bib taps 15mm bore, cast copper alloy chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, fancy type, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs stop valves 15mm bore, cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type, screwed down high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on walls incl raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4) mixed with water proofing compound) on other than fair faces of exterior brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (Note- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately) .

M&L for plastering in CM 1:6, 10 mm thick on interior walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M&L Preparation of New surfaces of internal wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on wall over a coat of primer plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified.

Dismantling 75/100mm dia CI pipe jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches as required.

S&F stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 75mm/100mm dia bore of pipe.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete ,using extra cement ,including forms ,moulds ,mitred /stopped ends etc

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab set in cm 1:6

M&L Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement duly mixed with water proofing compound all as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PVC SWR pipes, 110 mm dia bore, single socketed, in any length with using rubber joints, laid in trenches or in floors all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but nobacking), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement over 15 mm cement screed in CM 1:4slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtrs depth and not exc 1.5 mtrs wide for foundation, man hole etc, not exc 10 sqm on plan

All as per item No 42 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc.

M&L Joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 m thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces , finished fair and even .for receiving wall tiles.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured of size 300 x 400/450 x 7 mm thick as in dado/skirting and riser to steps and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Dismantling water tanks and removing to store exc 250 & n exc 500 capacity

M & L Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 as backing coat and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as floating coat, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)
