d) Legs made out of Ist class hard wood (Shisham) of size 400 x 50 x 50mm.

e) Long rail made out Ist class hard wood (Shisham) of size 1980x60x50 mm free from knots/cracks.

Chair Wooden Bottom (FD-285) M&L for replacement of the following existing old/broken/unserviceable parts of chair wooden bottom with & including new parts of Ist class hard wood (Shisham) made to shape as per drawings including polishing complete to match with existing parts after finishing complete all as specified and & directed and shown in drgs. a) Front legs

e) Stiffeners bearer.

f) M&L for Seat of chair wooden bottom made out of plywood commercial BWR Gde 6mm thick of size & shape as per drawing including fixing of seat with steel screws complete all as specified & directed. Make : Assam/Kit ply/Sharda

Table dressing Gents (FD-250) M&L for replacement of old broken/ unserviceable looking mirror glass of size 380mm x 760mm x 6mm with and including back of looking mirror to be covered with 6 mm thick ply wood commercial and polishing complete to match with the existing parts complete all as specified & directed in dgs: Make: Modi guard/Atul

Chair dining with cushion (a) Removing unserviceable legs of Chair dining, supply and fixing of the following parts the size of the legs shall be 40 x 50 x 400mm

(b) Removing unserviceable front and side rails and supply and fixing of size 25x65x450mm

(c) Removing unserviceable Stiifeners and and fixing of size of size 20mmx25mmx450mm shall be fixed as specified in drg

(d) Removing unserviceable front and side rails and supply and fixing of size 75x75x25 teak wood stopper shall be fixed with main frame and legs four nos each in every corner for the support of the cushion and seat ply.

(e) Removing unserviceable cushion of Chair dining and supply and fixing of 75mm thick 40 density cushion of size 450 x 450mm of approved foam(Kurlon/sleepwell) covered with approved best quality tapestry cloth

(f) Removing unserviceable pvc rubber shoes of Chair dining and supply and fixing of 25mm dia and 25mm high nylon buffers shall be provided to bottom of all legs

(g) Removing unserviceable seat ply of Chair dining and supply and fixing of 450mm wide and 450mm deep. ....shall be fixed over 12mm thick ply as specified in drg

Peg table (a)Taken out old UNSV top of Peg Table and supply and fixing of 18/19 mm thick, prelaminated particle board bounded with phenol formal dehyde one side teak face other side white in colour including 4 mm thick 1st class hard wood (teak) beading around the sutter all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Taken out old UNSV legs of Peg Table and supply and fixing legs with Ist class hard wood (shisham) made to shape as of size 380 X 30 X 50mm.

(c) Taken out old UNSV stiffner of Peg Table and supply and fixing stiffner with Ist class hard wood (shisham) made to shape as of size 30x40x450mm

(d) Taken out old UNSV bottom rails of Peg Table and supply and fixing legs with Ist class hard wood (shisham) made to shape as of size Bottom rails 20 x 40 x 450

(e) Removing unserviceable pvc rubber shoes of peg table and supply and fixing of high nylon buffers shall be provided to bottom of all legs

Hat Stand (a)Taken out old UNSV 6mm thick ply from hat stand and supply and fixing new1330 x 710 mm Covered with 6 mm thick ply wood commercial and polishing with french polish to match with the eixting parts complete all as specified and directed in drg 300 x 450 mirror of size 5/6 mm thick mirror

(b) Taken out old UNSV pegs from hat stand and supply and fixing new brass pegs 120mm as per the direction og Engr-In-Charge and as directed on drg.

(c) Taken out old UNSV 6mm thick ply from hat stand and supply and fixing new Looking mirror glass of size 380mm x 1220mm x 6mm with and including back of looking mirror to be covered with 6 mm thick teak wood beading

Locker bed side FD M&L for replacement of the following existing old/broken/unserviceable parts of locker bed side wooden & supply and fixing with new parts of Ist class hard wood (Shisham) made to shape as per drg all as specified and directed and shwon in drgs. (a) Side portion of unsv wdn planks from locker bed side table and fixing of new planks of size of 600 x 1006 mm x 20mm

(b) Front portion of unsv wdn planks from locker bed side table and fixing of new doors of size of 760 x 1006 mm x 20mm alongwith continuous piano hinges.

(c) Top portion of unsv wdn planks from locker bed side table and fixing of new planks of size of 600 x 760 mm x 20mm as shown on drg.

(d) Taken out old UNSV aluminium handle from locker bed side wooden & supply and fixing new aluminium handle 100 mm long as shown on drg.

(e) Taken out old UNSV haps & Stable from locker bed side wooden & supply and fixing new haps & Stable 75mm long as shown on drg.

Table dressing ladies (FD-251) (a) M&L for replacement of old broken/ unserviceable looking mirror glass of size 380mm x 1220mm x 6mm with and including back of looking mirror to be covered with 6 mm thick ply wood commercial and polishing with french polish to match with the eixting parts complete all as specified and directed in drgg.

(b) M&L for replacement of Top of table dressing ladies made out of 12mm thick prelaminated particle board of exterior grade teak shade on top of size 900 x 370mm front covered with 4mm thick shisham wood beading complete.

(c) M&L for replacement of side of table dressing ladies made out of 12mm prelaminated particle board of exterior grade teak shade of size 370 x 300mm front covered with 4mm thick shisham wood beading complete

(a) Top of side board made out of pre-laminated particle board exterior grade 18/19 mm thick teak shade on top of size 1220 x 460 mm covered front with 4 mm thick shisham wood beading complete.

(b) Side of side board made out of pre-laminated particle board of exterior grade 18/19 mm thick of size 635 x 460 mm covered front with 4 mm thick shisham wood beading complete.

(c) Shutter of side board made out of prelaminated particle board of exterior grade of size 380x585 mm fixed with and incl piano type steel hinges 19 mm wide heavy weight complete

(d) Front of drawer of side board made out of Ist class hard wood (shisham) to shape as per drg of size 385 x 175 x 18 mm complete
