Supply & fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 3 core 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm thick by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) (chamber size not less than 300x300x300mm interier diamentions), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified. NOTE: The unit rate includes earth strip and protection pipe upto (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point. and chamber shall be made 0.5 mtr away from the earthing pit.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC badded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 95 Sqmm.

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC, bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exeeding 1.5 meter in depth for laying of pipes and for poles/ stay and struts not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sand river for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before lying of cable and 15 cm after lying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches complete all as specified & directed. ( Note: Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment )

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover HVP Type-1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid flat adjacent and abutting to each other across the length of cable laid dry complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge (for HT UG Cable).

Supply and laying brick protection cable cover using sub class 'B' bricks laid flat adjacent to each other across the length of cable laid dry complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge (for LT UG Cable).

M&L for installation of Gang operating device/ switch suitable for 11 KV on existing 4 Pole structure complete with triple pole mechanically operated including drop out fuse unit explusion type with synthetic bounded fuse caming tube complete mounted on 12 insulators and steel frame, with operating mechnism worked from ground level made of 25mm dia GI pipe medium grade including 11 KV grade drop out fuse assembly mounted on insulators for current rating upto 200 amps complete all as per entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down rusted/ unsv mild steel work and M&L for mild steel work as in cross arms bracings supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sctons including nuts bolts washers, welding bending cold or hot drillling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complette all as specified and directed (for fixing GOD on existing 4 Ples structure).
