REPAIR TO COMPOUND WALLS, PATH, HARDSTANDING AND FENCING GATES AND MISC WORKS UNDER THE AREA OF AGE B/R-I OF GE (ARMY) No 1 JODHPUR

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level) of any description and removing rubbish to out side MD land, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 by (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid in alternative bays as in plinth protection including finishing the surface even & fair & filling the joints with mastic filling i.e one part of bitumen 85/25 and 3 parts of sand by weight in 2 mtr interval, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone crushed aggregates), as in hard standing/flooring laid in alternate panel including use and waste of formwork, complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section,embedded in Cement concrete under natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground , complete all as specified & directed. Note: Only embedded portion will be measured for payment.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any type , complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description , complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors,gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel work as in tubular trusses, posts etc including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS - 1161, Grade YST - 240, medium grade of any dia, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') and used for step/stairs, complete all as specified & directed.
