S&F in repairs HT HRC type fuse, rating 40/63 Amp of HT Oil Switch complete by taking the shut down with prior intimation & permission of Engineer-in-Charge and opening the Oil chamber of HT switch gear and cleaning the contacts put the fuse in position and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: L&T/ Bussmann/ CG Lucy or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for servicing of LT ACB of rating up to 630 Amp, 415 Volt, 50 Hz of any make complete by taking the shut down with prior intimation & permission of Engineer-in-Charge and cleaning the ACB by using air blower, tightening of connection of control circuit and complete checking of all fuses and control circuit for smooth functioning by employing one skilled tradesman as and when required including consisting of following :- (a) Checking the control circuit wiring and rectifying the same with new rewiring with proper size and colour code where required at site. (b) Checking the components for replacement such as Shunt release, UV release, ammeter, voltmeter, etc. c) Resetting and testing of relay setting for proper functioning.

S&F in repair copper bus bar of rating as per required at site, with supporting insulator duly fitted in PVC insulated sleeve in existing panel with requisite in shape and size required at site for fixing the bus bar at existing panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 1100 Volt grade flexible single core cable with tinned copper stranded conductor PVC insulated and sheathed of cross sectional area 240 Sqmm (ISI marked) including copper lugs at both ends and all accessories required as per the site requirement including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling new Transformer oil up to conservator level marking as per IS-335 having dielectric strength not less than 40 kV at 2.5mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Electrol, Power Oil, Indian Oil, Savita or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only Servo control motor as per existing model for controlling the voltage for Servo stabilizers transformer.

M&L for preparation of old painted external surfaces of floor mounted indoor/outdoor type Stabilizer from 100 KVA to 300 KVA capacity by cleaning/ rubbing with course cloth, wire brushes, etc to remove dust deposits, oil, grease, etc and painting by applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) of approved tint with gun sprayer without disturbing/ damaging the electrical network system/ equipment including marking of capacity, rating, incoming, outgoing & SM/MES No, etc details in capital English alphabets of suitable size with synthetic enamel paint (white) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for filtration / dehydration of old/existing transformer oil including topping up of transformer oil as required in the Servo stabilizer transformers of different capacity, installed at various locations with suitable capacity of filtration machine to achieve dielectric strength minimum 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) All necessary T&P / testing equipment shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor. (ii) New Transformer Oil required for topping up shall be paid for separately under relevant item of this Schedule.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 10 sqmm 4 Core (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection covers, protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply and laying/fixing 40 mm bore High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipes of Grade ‘PE 100’, Pressure Class ‘PN 8’, ‘SDR-17’, ISI marked, with all fittings, laid in trenches, under floors or roads/ along poles etc for protection of electric cables, fixed in repairs, complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs 10mm thick chequered type insulating electrical rubber mat of size 4 x 8 ft (ISI Marked) complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for galvanised iron strip 25 x 4mm earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead buried in ground / fixed on wall with suitable porcelain insulators including taking out existing GI strip complete all as specified and as directed.
