Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Metre wide & not exceeding 1.5 Metre depth and getting out Hard /dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in Hrad/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Porbandar stone masonary, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth wiithout using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Granules textured homogeneous wall finishing consisting of a two component system of Dry Granules (25 Kgs per pack) made of 92% silica Particles coated with fade resisteant pigments, 100% acrylic polymer bonding agent (5 Kgs per pack) with the applied thickness of the coating between 0.8mm -1.2mm on a cured, smooth level plaster without keying, as per the shades/combinations approved, to be applied by and approved applicator of the manufacturer, as per the directions/supervision of the Engineer-in-Charge. The above textured coating should confirm to surface spread of flame class one of BS 476 : Part 7 : 1971 and pull off strength of the coating meet JISA 6909 on smooth plastered surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100 % Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ltrs and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm all as per the manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in pillars, boundary pillars, posts (including caps and bases), wall or retaining walls, coping, bed block benching, kerbs, mud stop, rounded or chamferred on edges including necessary form work/moulds, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 40mm thick (measured solid) ready made reinforced precast cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4, 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, set in Cement Mortar 1:4, including all mouldings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Contractors are advised to visit the samples held in the office, before submitting tender.

Material & Labour for Ready made ornamental Precast reinforced cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) designer pillars (Size- 100 x 100 x 900 mm) having groove on two faces, for fixing louvres and jallies, set in Cement Mortar 1:4 on compound wall, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The design of pillar, shall be got approved before bulk procurement . The tenders are advised to visit the site for sample.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 Metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth and getting out Soft/disintegrated rock, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soft/disintegrated rock, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screw and washer in roof, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of out door Back Light board with the following specifications and all as directed. (a) Size of the board should be 3.0 Metre length and 1.20 Metre width (b) 375 gsm thick Back light should be pest on main frame. (c) Main frame work will be done by 50x50x3 mm GI Tube and covering with GI sheet. (d) Suitable 4 feet length LED light arrangement (20 Nos) should be made. (e) Including writing of letter as per direction

Material & Labour for stainless steel (Grade 304) gate made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the gate with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts/sliding gate wheel etc., of required size, with suitable arrangement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fxing plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment including welding etc., Fe-410-W(gde-E-250) quality B, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fxing mild steel bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwd the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hesagonal or square not esc 30cm long diameter of neck exceeding 12mm but not exceeding 20mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of approved colour and design having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, including taking down old unserviceable GI sheet, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10cm long with 5 to 10mm dia of neck, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Ready made ornamental Precast reinforced cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) designer pillars (Size- 100 x 100) height up to 1500 mm having groove on two faces, for fixing louvres and jallies, set in Cement Mortar 1:4 on compound wall, including colour all as approved, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
