Supply, Laying, Testing and Installation of Impervious Layer, Scope of work as per the NIT.

The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work not less than 72,000 SQMT for Supply, Laying, Testing and Installation of Impervious Layer (Thickness:1.5 MM HDPE Sheet) for during last five years period (FY 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25). The copies of work orders and work completion certificates issued by the clients shall be enclosed.

The bidder should have achieved annual turnover of Rs. 4 Crores in any two financial years during a period of last five financial years (FY 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25). The copies of audited balance sheets and profit & loss account along with turnover certificate certified by charted accountant shall be enclosed.

Additional valid documents to be enclosed: i) Employees provident fund registration certificate (EPF). ii) List of the Technical and supervisory staff. iii) GST registration certificate. iv) PAN card. v) No deviation certificate as per format. vi) Anti-Blacklisting Affidavit. vii) Copies of ITR for FY 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25
