Fresh transformer oil of approved quality as per IS: 335/83 and latest amendment thereof.(The rate shall be Variable)

HV bushing 33 KV(The rate shall be Firm)

LV bushing (11 KV)(The rate shall be Firm)

HV bushing Metal parts.(The rate shall be Firm)

LV Bushing Metal parts.(The rate shall be Firm)

Set of gaskets.(The rate shall be Firm)

Silica-gel breather with fresh silica-gel(The rate shall be Firm)

Magnetic type oil level gauge with low level alarm contact.(The rate shall be Firm)

Tapping Switch complete with handle.

Oil drain valve incorporating sampling device (with narrow orifice) and having suitable arrangement for locking.(The rate shall be Firm)

LABOUR CHARGES

Labour charges for repairing of T/Fs complete in all respect (including Opening of transformers cover , draining of oil, de-tanking core and coil assembly, replacement of damaged parts, minor repair of any part including core and tank (if required), cleaning washing of dust & dirt etc. from all parts including core and tank, Cooling tubes of radiators, removal of damaged parts requiring replacement, fitting & fixing of new parts, making new coils, connection & assembly in all respects, re-tanking after repairs, filling fresh transformer oil etc complete in all respect and making transformer ready for tests and testing for all tests etc. (The rate shall be Firm).

Overhauling of OLTC complete in all respect (including replacement of OLTC contract, replacement of OLTC terminal barrier board, replacement of gasket, lubrication of mechanical system etc.) (The rate shall be Firm)

Painting inside & outside of transformer including radiator tubes conservator with suitable primer and two coats of suitable paint of smoke grey colour and marking etc.(The rate shall be Firm)

Transportation charges from any site in Uttarakhand to contractor works /departmental workshop and contractor works/departmental workshop to UPCL site / Store center including packing forwarding loading unloading stacking and transit cum 30 days storage insurance charges (The rate shall be Firm)

Manual Dragging charges from road side to Plinth / plinth to road side (The rate shall be Firm)
