REPAIR/MAINT OF ALL WEATHER WATER SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION NETWORK SYSTEM AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS OF KHUMBATHANG IN THE AOR OF AGE E/M KHUMBATHANG, UNDER GE KHUMBATHANG

M&L for cleaning the RCC under ground water storage tank (inside surfaces only) of capacity 40000 Ltrs by scraping, scrubbing (without damaging the tank surfaces) with coir brushes and removing all deposits/scales, algae formations, silt/other sticky or foreign materials from adhering tank surfaces and washing inside surfaces of tank with approved bleaching powder solution and finally recleaning with fresh plain water to remove any trace of bleaching powder all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note: Item rate includes necessary disconnection and reconnection of pipelines before and after cleaning of the tank where required.

All as per Srl item No.1 above but water storage steel tank of capacity 5000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No.1 above but capacity of water storage tanks 80000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lifting of submersible pump motor set of any description and capacity including dismantling MS column pipe, steel wire rope from the bore well upto a depth of 90 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Re-installations of pump and motor set in the bore well in the same position alongwith all necessary work like fixing of column pipe, connections of rope with U clamps, connection to the discharge line, dry revolution test etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the submersible motor of any make for assessing the extent of repair for inspection of Engr-in-Charge and transporation of motor from site to the work shop for repair/rewinding (rewinding and spares will be measured separately under relevant item as supply only) including repalcement of unserviceable minor parts like nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, rubber ring etc, return back the motor from workshop to site after complete repair duly painted with one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surfaces for Motor capacity up to 10 HP complete all as specified and directed. Note: Item rate includes transportation of motor from site to workshop (Leh) and back.

Rewinding, repairing, servicing and testing of the following capacity of the submersible (wet type winding) induction motor with existing size and type copper conductor wires suitable for the motor of 415 volts 3 phase AC supply. The size of the winding wire will be that of the existing winding wire etc. including replacement of thrust bearing 01 No, water seal as directed and required complete upto 10 HP Submersible motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only following parts for submersible motor of capacity upto 10HP:-

(a) Upper/lower level spl type GM bush bearing.

(b) Sand Guard of motor

(c) Stainless steel sleeve for pump.

(d) Impeller made of Gun metal for pump

(e) Pump shaft stainless steel upto 5 stage

(f) Seal ring made of Gun metal

(g) Discharge bush made of gun metal

(h) Suction bush made of gun metal

(i) Pump body bush made of gun metal

(j) CI stage bowl

(k) Housing Head Complete Front/Rear

(l) SS Pump motor coupling as per sample

(m) SS stud nut

(n) L Key bolt

M&L for making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint of size 50 to 75mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint of size 16 to 40mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing tracer / antifreezing cable required to keep the pipe warmup to avoid freezing for PPR Pipe, DI pipe, GI pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Rubber sheet 2mm thick for Pipe Line Joint Packing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of damaged nitrile insulation 19mm thick over PPR/GI pipe of 20mm bore size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of damaged nitrile insulation 19mm thick over PPR/GI pipe of 32/40mm bore size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of damaged nitrile insulation 19mm thick over PPR/GI pipe of 50mm bore size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F heating element of 6 KW complete all as speciifed and directed.

S&F in repair 3 layer PPR Polypropylene random copolymer pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV of 20 mm bore stablished and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass thereaded polypropylene random fittings to be laid in trenches/wall/floor complete all as specified and directed. Note all connected fittings like elbow,tee,reducer coupler will be count in RM

All as per item no 31 above but size of pipe 32 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Note all connected fittings like elbow,tee,reducer coupler will be count in RM

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25mm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

S&F in repair GI tubing galvanized medium grade laid in trenches including all necessary fittings clamps etc complete and connecting to existing system incl taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for GI pipe of the following dia: -

S&F in repair sluice valve of size 100 mm bore ISI marked,flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.6 conforming to IS 14846-2000 having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operational wheel at top complete all specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Non return sluice valve, heavy duty, of size 100 mm dia, ISI marked for CI/DI line including flange joints complete all specified and directed.

S&F in repair automatic star delta starter 415 volts 3 phase suitable for 7.5 HP motor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair automatic star delta starter 415 volts 3 phase suitable for 20 HP motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only heavy duty PVC flexible pipe of dia 20 mm of length 30 meter complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 32,856.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
