M&L for painting the stabilizer by scrapping the old paint and preparing old surface and applying two coats of synthetic enameled existing colour paint externally over a coat of red oxide primer paint and writing SM/MES Nos and capacity of stabilizer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection of LT APFC panel from main distribution panel. Segregation of all serviceable and unserviceable components like capacitors, contactors, auxilary block, CT coil, multifunction meters, relays, indicators, push button etc, carrying out servicing of complete APFC panel, by removing dust and cleaning by CRC solution. carrying out serviceability check of all components and refixing of all servicable components complete including connection with internal wiring. Replacement of all unserviceable components as per existing type/make and rating of equivalent type assembling the APFC panel, including connecting with LT distribution panel board and testing complete as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) All components/spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ. (ii) The internal wiring of suitable size shall be of copper including terminal, lugs and screw to be replaced as per requirement and cost there of is deemed to be included in item rate. (iii) Inspection note indicating involvement of repair work and replacement of components is to be prepared and submitted by Contractor for each APFC panel.

M&L for painting of APFC panel of different size using two coat of synthetic enamel spray painting after preparation of surface and carrying out minor repair to APFC panel enclosure by welding of hinges and replacement of locking arrangement and complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 by using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in pedestal of poles/copping including necessary frame work,fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed .

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600mmx600mmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 32mm x 6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2009 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of strata incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel, all as directed at site. Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6mm galvanised iron strip, complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in replacement of monocrystalline solar module capacity: 300Wp, Open circuit voltage: 44.5V, Short circuit current: 8.95 Amp, System Voltage: 1000 VDC including fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of module junction diode boxe including connecting accessories and made serviceable existing solar module complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of single core multistranded copper conductor of size 6 sqmm DC string solar cable grade, UV resistant 1.5 KV rated DC cables including of connected items such as PVC conduits, lugs, nails, cable ties, termination etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of four core multistranded copper conductor of size 16 sqmm solar cable suitable for AC supply, including of connected items such as PVC conduits, lugs, nails, cable ties, termination etc from invertors to AC panels as per inverter and panel design, UV resistant 1.1 KV rated, PVC/XLPE insulation confirming to IEC and IS standards complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- (i) All items in BOQ are for "Materials and labour / Supply and fix" and to be executed in "Repairs/Replacement unless otherwise specifically mentioned as "Supply only" or Fixing only" in BOQ Bidders are required to quote their rates accordingly. (ii) The contract sum shall be arrived at after duducting amount of schedule of "Credit" from the Total quoted amount (iii) Makes of materials will be approved by GE in writing before commencement of work.
