Locker Bed Side Steel (FD-1029/257): M & L for replacement of existing broken/damaged legs of Locker Bed side steel with new one made out of 1mm thick mild steel sheet shape and size as per drawing and specified including spot welding as required , duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Olive Green over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of 03 way locking device system of Locker Bed side steel with new one made out of 10mm dia steel round rod and 3mm thick mild steel plate holding cover and washer shape and size as per drawing duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Olive Green over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of existing broken/damagd Door/Shutter of Locker Bed side steel with new one made out of 1mm thick mild steel sheet, and providing 75 mm size butt hinges medium weight (03 Nos) for fixing door as per drawing duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Olive Green over a coat of red oxide primer, after preparation of surface complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of Shelf of Locker Bed Side steel with new one made out of 1 mm thick mild steel sheet and providing 04 Nos of cleat for fixing of shelf in locker ,shape and size as per drawing with & including duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Olive green over a coat of red oxide primer,after preparation of surface complete all as directed by Engineer in charge

M & L for replacement of old broken/damaged '125 mm chromium plated steel handle fixed in Locker Bed side steel with new stainless steel handle shall be provided and fixed as per shown on drawings complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of old broken/damaged 75 mm size butt hinge medium weight (03 Nos in each shutter) of Locker Bed Side steel with new one and shall be provided and fixed as per shown on drawing including for fixing necessary accessories. & spot welding as required complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of old broken/ damaged existing hanging rod/pipe of Locker bed side steel with new one 19 mm dia stainless steel hanging rod/pipe of locker bed side steel complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of old broken/damaged socket (02 Nos of each locker) of locker bed side steel with new one fixing on locker as per shown on drawing complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of existing broken/damaged 50 mm brass lock with new one, with dual keys , fixing on locker bed side as per shown on drawing complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for taking out of existing leg from Locker Bed side steel, made to shape and size as per drawing by repair & replacement of unserveciable parts ,denting and refixing the same including fixing arrangement and necessary welding and complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for taking out existing dilocated 03 way locking device of Locker Bed side steel and making its shape and size as per shown on drawing, by repair & replacement of unserveciable parts & refixing the same in position including welding and providing locking device cover ,fixing arrangement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge

M & L for taking out existing dislocated Door/Shutter of Locker Bed side steel and making its shape & size as per drawing, by repair & replacement of unserveciable parts and refixing the same in position including welding and providing 75 mm size butt hinges(03 Nos) as per existing complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for taking out existing dislocated shelf of Locker Bed Side steel & making its shape & size as per drawing by repair & replacement of unserveciable parts & refixing the same in position including welding and providing cleats etc.,fixed complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for removal of old painted steel surface of Locker Bed Side Steel (FD-1029/257), filling, depressed, portion by oil putty, sanding with emery paper/cloth to have smooth surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint Olive Green over a coat of red oxide (wherever necessary) to all exposed surface (internally & externally) by spray machine, shape & size as shown in drawing or complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for removal of old painted steel surface of Locker Bed Side Steel single door (FD-96 CWE), filling, depressed, portion by oil putty, sanding with emery paper/cloth to have smooth surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint Olive Green over a coat of red oxide (wherever necessary) to all exposed surface (internally & externally) by spray machine, shape & size as shown in drawing or complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Repair to Charpoy GI Pipe with plytop (FD-220) :- M & L for replacement of existing unserviceable/damaged plywood top of charpoy GI pipe with new 12 mm thick plywood (07 Nos plies) BWR grade plywood (ISI marked) commercial grade and tightening the complete charpoy GI i.e. loose check nuts, elbows, long rail and short rail etc, and making its overall size 1980 x 900 x 440 mm and making suitable for fixing plywood on the top of the charpoy, shape & size as shown in drawing or complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M& L replacement for 02 Nos stiffener per charpoy (size 900x40x5 mm),with new one made out of mild steel FI 40mm X 5 mm , which to be fixed to charpoy frame with nut ,bolts & washer etc. 06 mm dia & 17 mm long ,total 08 Nos of nuts & bolts with 06 mm dia 16 Nos washer of each charpoy including making 02 Nos hole on each long rails cleat, 02 Nos hole on each short rails cleat and 02 Nos hole on each stiffeners shall be provided with nuts & bolts to fix the plywood with the charpoy frame.Nut , bolts washer provided shall be galvanised countersunk. Also supply of mild steel flat iron cleats(08 Nos. cleats each charpoy) of size 40mm (W) x5mm (Th)x 40mm (L) duly holed, which to be fixed by welding to the long and short rail. Shape & size as shown in drawing including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surface of mild steer surface with including taking down/ replacement of old broken/damaged stiffener & cleats complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing old unserviceable long rail from charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing of new long rail made out of 32mm bore GI pipe (ISI marked) medium grade,duly threaded at both ends to the required length so as to form a true frame, shape & size as shown in drawing or complete all as directed by Engineer- in -Charge.

M & L for removing old unserviceable short rail from charpoy GI pipe and fixing of short rail of length 900mm made out of long rail retrived from item No.33 of BOQ here-in-before duly threaded at both ends to the required length so as to form a true frame,shape & size as shown in drawing or complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for removing old unserviceable legs from charpoy GI pipe and fixing new legs of length 440 mm made out of short rails retrieved from item No.34 of BOQ here-in-before duly threaded at one ends and supply & fixing of circular 5mm thick mild steel plate & disc 50mm dia.by welding at the bottom of leg on other end with black paint on exposed surface of disc, shape & size as shown in drawing or complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for removing old unserviceable 3 way elbow from charpoy GI pipe and supply & fixing new 3 way elbow GI 32mm bore (inside threaded) (ISI marked) ,size & shape shown as in drawing or complete all as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M & L for removing old unserviceable check nut from charpoy GI pipe and Supply & fixing new check nut made out of 32mm bore, 6mm thick, medium weight (internally threaded) one number for each side of long rail for tightening the frame, shape & size as shown in drawing or complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.
