Providing Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with three wheeled 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable, screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specification clause 405 . W B M Grade- III 53 mm to 22.5 mm ( fifty three milimeter to twenty two point five milimeter) size ( By mechanical means) including haulage of material with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 . For Repair of pot holes.including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm (zero decimal two five to zero decimal three zero Kilograme per square meter) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 ( Five hundred three). including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty milimeter) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying premix carpet using bitumens (penetration grade/ modified bitumen) Binder.Providing ,laying and rolling of Open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregate either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, inluding mixing in a suitable plant ,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 Kn static roller capacity, finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical sepecification clause 508 Case -I By Mechanical (I) Bitumens (S-90) including carriage of material, labour and equipments to site of work complete in all respect.including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
