M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 of brick work/ concrete surfaces (either surfaces) of wall and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work/ concrete surfaces of wall with water proofing admixture finished even and smooth without using extra cement (WPC will be measured and paid separatly) including including all necessary scaffolding arrangments of any height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for for Rendering 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement to match with existing surface including all necessary scafffolding including taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and apply two coat of Oil bound distemper over a coat of primer to walls, complete surfaces on walls complete all as specifiedand and directed

M & L for preparation of New Plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer on walls of any colour complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Preparation of old painted wood and wood base surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and painting with a coat of sythetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Preparation of old painted Steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and painting with a coat of sythetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

SMART PERIODICAL:- (Internal Surface) M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered /old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface evn and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour as per following steps :- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer's instruction and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capaciy of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat of the prepared mix with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 Ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surfaces. Notes :- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services & waterproofing putty shall be executed by authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e. Paint, Distember, Putty etc is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GE. (b) The cost of scaffolding upto 10m height of building shall be included in the quoted rate. (c) The contractor shall upload MoU letter with any one of manufacturer and also with their authorised applicator mentioned in the tender alonwith their bid in cover-I failing with his bid will be rejected. Authorized applicator shall have valid authorization letter from the manufacturer (Minimum regional HQs) and shall have been issued not less than 30 days from the date of commencement of the work.The authorization letter needs to be valid for the complete period of execution of painting work. (d) After preparation of the surface Engr in Charge shall approve the same before applying primer and finishing coats. (e) Building wise stage passing register shall be maintained and shall be signed by Engr-in-Charge and contractor. (f) The equipments to be used in the work shall be certified by the manufacturer with whom the MOU been entered into. (g) Contractor shall submit approved company generated 05 years warranty card at the time of submission of RAR & final bill. 15 % amount of this item will be retained in FB for a period of 05 years from certified date of completion . (h)Masking of windows ?doors during spray painting using polythene film is included in quoted rates. (j) Cleaning and clearing of site of painting, mats etc after completion of work is included in the quoted rate.

M&L for 1 coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
