Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below : (1) Complete outside Spray Painting of Following Transformers including its Main Tank, Main & OLTC Conservator Tank, Radiators, OLTC Operating Mechanism Box, Marshalling Box etc. by 1 Coat of Red Oxide Primer and then Applying 2 Coats (The 2nd Coat of Paint shall be Applied at the Gap of 48 hrs. when 1st Coat of Paint is Done & Checked by concerned S.D.O. / J.E.) of Light Grey Colour 1st Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of ASIAN / BERGER / NEROLAC make with the help of Spray Painting Machine after due Rubbing of the Rusted / Scaled Surfaces with Sand Paper & Wire Brush and Cleaning & Washing of the Dust / Dirt / Oil Deposits etc. from the Surfaces : (a) 40 MVA 132/33 KV T/F - I & II

(4) Painting of Sub Station & Colony Lawn Fencing with associated Gates by 1 Coat of Red Oxide Primer and then Applying 2 Coats (The 2nd Coat of Paint shall be Applied at the Gap of 48 hrs. when 1st Coat of Paint is Done & Checked by concerned S.D.O. / J.E.) of 1st Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint in Alternate Black & White Colour of ASIAN / BERGER / NEROLAC make after due Rubbing of the Rusted / Scaled Surfaces with Sand Paper & Wire Brush and Cleaning & Washing of the Dust / Dirt etc. from the Surfaces.

(5) Painting of Security Chain Link Fencing with 1 Coat of Red Oxide Primer and then Applying 2 Coats (The 2nd Coat of Paint shall be Applied at the Gap of 48 hrs. when 1st Coat of Paint is Done & Checked by concerned S.D.O. / J.E.) of Black Colour 1st Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of ASIAN / BERGER / NEROLAC make after due Rubbing of the Rusted / Scaled Surfaces with Sand Paper & Wire Brush and Cleaning & Washing of the Dust / Dirt etc. from the Surfaces.

(6) Writing of Names of Equipments / Control Panels etc. by Black Colour Synthetic Enamel Paint after Making Base of Yellow Colour Synthetic Enamel Paint in 2 Coats in Letter size, as per Details below : (a) Writing of Name in Letter size 2”

(b) Writing of Name in Letter size 1”

(7) Dismantling of Existing M.S. Earthing Strips of size 50 × 6 mm for Earthing of Gantry Columns in Switchyard of the Sub Station from outside of the Column by due Cutting of old Earthing between Top of Gantry Column to above the Ground Level, then Re-laying of M.S. Earthing Strips between Top of Gantry Column to above the Ground Level from inside of the Column with due Cutting & Welding of new M.S. Strips as per Requirement including Tack Welding of the M.S. Strips at 4 to 5 Places per Column.

(8) Brush Painting of Following Sizes Earthing Strips by 1 Coat of Red Oxide Primer and then Applying 2 Coats (The 2nd Coat of Paint shall be Applied at the Gap of 48 hrs. when 1st Coat of Paint is Done & Checked by concerned S.D.O. / J.E.) of Bus Green Colour 1st Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of ASIAN / BERGER / NEROLAC make after due Rubbing of the Rusted / Scaled Surfaces with Sand Paper & Wire Brush and Cleaning & Washing of the Dust / Dirt etc. from the Surfaces : (a) M.S. Earthing Strip 75 x 10 mm
