REPAIR / MAINT OF EOT CRANE AT ARMY AREA JODHPUR UNDER GE (ARMY) NO. 01

Labour Only for attending Complaints of any type of Cranes,and any type of Mechanical/Electrical fault in Cranes and its allied repairs at different locations under GE(A) no.1 Jodhpur carrying out necessary repairs at site by replacing unservicable spares unscrewing from position, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. NOTE : Necessary spare parts required to repair at site shall be measured and paid seprately under relevant items contractor shall arrange necessary transportation to bring thenecessary items/instruments.

Material and Labour for disconnecting the electric supply from existing EOT crane panel, taking down on ground gear box of the cranes and including repair/servicing , greasing etc of hoist motor, Long Travel/Cross Travel motor from a height of upto 40 feet including cleaning of slots, replacement of laminated sheets, as per existng location (ie. 0.5 to 2 hp/3 to 5 hp/7.5 to 15 hp motor ) open up for examination of Engr-in-Charge by loosening the coupling , foundation nuts, bolts & washers etc, draining out the complete gear oil, taking out grease cleaning the complete gear box with K.oil and reassembling the gear box after replacement of defective / worn out parts ie brass gears, tapper roll bearing, oil seal, coupling, foundation nuts, bolts, washers etc of existing make, size and capacity including refilling the fresh gear oil, grease complete and making the gear box leak proof by fixing the suitable oil seal. including taking up and refixing with crane and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. Note :- (a) Replacement of new parts ie Tapper Roll Bearing, Brass Gear, Oil Seal, Coupling & Foundation nuts, bolts, washers and providing fresh gear oil as well as fresh grease will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only. (b) Servicing Work to be Carried out Twice During Contract period )

(b) Capacity of 2 to10 Ton

(c) Capacity of 3 to 15 Ton
