MAINTENANCE

14.1.1:Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead:With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand)

13.88:Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

13.46.1:Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

13.71:Lettering with black Japan pint of approved brand and manufacture

13.37.1:White washing with lime to give an even shade:New work (three or more coats)

13.111.2:Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

13.99.1:Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

16.78.3:Construction of granular sub- base by Providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, Carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in- Charge.With material conforming to Grade - III ( size range 26.5 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value - 20

OD491492/2025-2026:Providing and laying of cement concrete interlocking paver block using 60 / 80 mm DEPARTMENT PAVERBLOCKS laid in required pattern over and including a compacted bed of 6 mm stone aggregate o0f 50 mm average thickness as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

OD457425/2025-2026:Supplying and fixing CI man hole with frame for manhole 750x750mm(light duty), the weight of cover to be not less than 23 kg (chequered plate minimum 6mm thickness).

18.48:Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank :ISI 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

OD480397/2025-2026:Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction ,of approved size,design&shape ,laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of 6mm metal,filling the joints with coarse sand etc. .all complete as per the direction of Engineer -in -Charge
