Earth work in excavation for foundation of structures in all type of soil by Manual /mechanical means as per drawing and technical specification including setting out construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material, and disposal of material upto any lead and lift, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub-soil water) upto all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and carriage of materials and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate includes octroi, royality Malkana toll tax, Goods and service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contracwtor and Government shall not enterain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying stone soling properly handpacked filling interstices with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 100 mm (one hundred millimeter) spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality Malkana toll tax, Goods and service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contracwtor and Government shall not enterain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (one Cement isto three coarse sand) isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality Malkana toll tax, Goods and service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contracwtor and Government shall not enterain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern of approved brand finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in 80 mm (eighty millimeter) thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade as per drawing ,Technical specification and IS Code 15658:2006.
