Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & sizel shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern. etc

Fixing tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement : 1 sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing compelte including cost of pre-caste tiles.

Recessed wiring to Light Point / Fan Point / Exhaust Fan Point / Call Bell Point with 1.50 sq. mm FR PVC insulated Single Core Multi standard Copper Conductor of ISI marked with 20 mm dia non-metallic PVC flexible conduit with 5 Amp, 250 Volt piano type swich ISI marked and ceiling rose ISI marked mounted on MS box having front bakelite cover of suitable size, MS box with 1.0 sq. mm FR PVC insulated Single Core Multi standard Copper Conductor of ISI marked as earth wire including all accesories and connection as per direction of engineer in charge. Earthing with G.I earth pipe 3 mtr long 40 mm dia ISI mark including accessories and providing machinary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrengement and watering pipe etc. with charcol and salt etc.

Providing and fixing G.I tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet of surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Copper tape 32 mm X 6 mm from earth electrode directly in ground as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of surface mounted/suspended LED batten with 2x18W tube lights, length 4ft. The luminaire shall have minimum system lumen package not less than 4000 lumens with system efficacy of minimum 120 lumen/watt, available in following color temperatures 4000/5700/6000/6500K (to be decided at the time of execution), min. IP-20 protection. Screw/Bolts/Hole shall be provided at the back of the luminaire for Earth wire termination. The lifeclass of the luminaire should be 50000 burning hours at L70B50 @ design ambient temp 45 deg C. The electronic driver used shall have a power factor >0.95, surge protection of 4kV, THD <10% with output flicker as per IEEE 1789 2015. Luminaire shall have input voltage range of 140-270V with cut off and auto restart voltage at 325 V AC. Driver should be encapsulated, replaceable w/o cutting or (re)soldering any wires on field. The fixture should comply with the parameters as per IS10322. The LED driver should comply to IEC61000-3-2 ed.3.2, 2009 for Harmonics, IEC61347 -2 -13, 2006 in Conjunction with IEC61347-1 ed.2.0, 2007 for Electrical Safety, IEC62384 ed.1.1, 2011 for performance and IEC61547 ed.2.0, 2009, CISPR-15 for EMI. LM 79 and LM80 reports need to be submitted from a NABL/UL accredited lab to verify above parameters. Both fixture and driver should be BIS approved. The fixture shall include all required accesories etc., with Constant current output Switchable electronic driver complete as required. Similar to Philips TMC100 make or other approved make as per approved list of makes.

Supply & fixing of single spot light of 18 watts complete with 1 no. 18 watt of approved make complete with all necessary fixing materials including termination & labour ( make:- Philips/ Bajaj/ Crompton of Equivalent)

Providing and fixing Single Pole MCB with sheet steel enclosure, distribution board on surface / recess complete with tinned copper bus bar , neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate inter connection phospate and powder painted including earthing etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.With single pole MCB 5 to 32 Amp
