Annual Comprehansive Maintenance Contract (CMC)&Operation 24/7 for 33/11kv HT Panel and Transformer's existing at SLBS.Govt Medical Collage& Hospital Nerchowk in Distt. Mandi (HP)

SCOPE OF WORK

Supervision of all function of Vacuum Circuit Breaker's and its IR Value

Providing lubricants and proper cleaning with blower on moveable parts time to time

Testing of relay through secondary injection

Tripping testing of Breaker through over current and earth fault relay

Daily Check control wiring, TNC Switch and indicator lamp annunciator panel,Master tripe relay,REJ 601 relay in all respect.

Testing of IR value of Breaker's

Setting/Programming of protection relay in/c relay co-ordination as per load and also checking of relay characterictics and operating time.

Testing/Servive of Transformer's with cable, IR value of Transformer, cable & PI value,charging current

Checking of Earth Resitance value at the endof equipment

Providing Services for trouble shooting in case of problems with in short peiord and emergency call if required.

SCHEULE OF THE JOB :-

Engineer for 24 Hour operations : 1 Person at a time

Annual Maintenance of all Circuit breakers : 2 time in a year

Emergency Visit (Master technical Person's) : As and when required

Dehydration of Transformer oils : 1 Time in a year

33KV VCB Panels 1- ICOG : 1 No.

33KV VCB Panels 1- IC+2-OG : 1 No.

33KV VCB Panels 1- IC+2-OG : 1 No.

Testing of 33/11 KV, Oil Type Transformers : 2 No.

11KV VCB Panels 2-IC+1 BC+8OG. : 1 No.

Testing of 11/.4 KV,Oil Type Transformers : 8 Nos.

DC Power Pack/ Battery Bank : 3 Set,

Interconnecting Power and Control Cable : 1 Lot

Earth Grid and earth Pits : 1 Lot.

Power Control Center (PCC) : 1 Lot.

COMMERCIAL TERMS

Providing manpower 24 - hour operation cum maintenance in/c emergency visit are the part of CMC

Maitenance of all Breaker,Panels, Realys and other allied equipment 33KV, 11KV, PCC Panel are the part of CMC

Replacement of Indoor Current Transformers cast resin (CT) ratio 200-400/5 amp installed 33kv panel: in case of damage up to 9Nos are the part of CMC

Replacement of Indoor Potential Transformers cast resin (PT) ratio 33kv/110volt installed 33kv panel: in case of damage up to 9Nos are the part of CMC.

Replacement of Indoor Current Transformers cast resin (CT) ratio600/400/200/5 amp installed 11kv panel: in case of damage up to 9Nos are the part of CMC.

Replacement of Indoor Potential Transformers cast resin (PT) ratio 11kv/110volt installed 11kv panel: in case of damage up to 9Nos are the part of CMC.

All control wiring and its interlocking with PCC Panel and calibration of relay setting are the part of CMC.

Providing & fixing spare part of the VCB 1250 amp. Make ABB model VD4- 33kv if any damaged i.e pole, Contact arm, contact insulator,Tulip or Jaw 14 fingure, Pole assembly, Tripping coil, Closing coil, TNC Switch etc. Are the part of CMC.

Maintenance of Transformer Oil Dehydration& Filtration, Silca gel etc. for all existing transformers are the part of CMC.

Replacement of Batteries for DC Power pack Bank are the Part of CMC.

OTHERS:-

EPF , ESI and Time to Time their saleries etc. of the employee are the personal responsibility of the concerned bidder.

Any electrical equipment shock hazards / Electrocution are the personal responsibility of the concerned bidder.

Statement of Coformity :- The Result Conform to applicable IS/BIS Documents

Providing test report as per International standard IEC-17025.

Should be experience of 33kv and 11Kv automission electrical panel of HPSEB Ltd.
