Granite (of any type) 18-20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement(1:2) with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete as in kitchen platform, window cill /steps laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (But not backing), removing and rubbish of the premisses, complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as per sample kept in GE’s office, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado/riser to steps laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, laid over and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

Granite (of any type) 18-20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement(1:2) with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete as in in skirting/ dado laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), all as specified.

Glazed coloured tiles of size 350x250/450x300x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, all as specified.

Factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet and edges shall be painted to match with prelam sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing on page No 176- of MES SSR 2020 Part-II

Factory made fully glazed PVC window/ventilator shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; complete specified and directed. Note:- Glass shall be measured and paid separately.

Factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing on page No 180 of MES SSR 2020 Part-II.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of 5 mm thick plain coloured PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site, specified and directed.
