Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete for ceiling work

Applying 12mm thick rough plaster over the walls in CM (1:4) with all materials, labors, transportation charges, curing etc. all complete as directed.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, levelling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors using standard section for frame and shutter including water proofing particle board for panel etc. complete

Providing and fixing aluminium ventilators using standard section for frames and louvers and provision for exhaust fan including all materials, labors, transportation etc. all complete as directed.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.:

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick granite stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Provision for supply of toughened, processed glass size 3ft x 2ft, semi opaque for urinal separator including cutting, shaping, edging, fixing on site with cost of transportation etc. all complete.

Provision for supply of light weight, foldable, self-propelled wheel chairs for disabled and elderly visitors at monument

Cleaning of clogged septic tank of new toilet block

Provision for removal of old paint from the walls and ceiling of staff quarter, toilets, outside of museum building, caféteria area and from the small shrines in garden and temple on north side of the Main temple to showcase the monument in well maintained during the G-20 Visit.

Provision for sorting out stone parts, stacking at proper place as directed and removal of accumulated earth and debris from the backside of toilet and staff quarter as directed during the site and levelling the area for development of garden.
