Excavation in foundation trenches etc in earth work lift upto 1.50 metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear form the edge of the excavaion and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etcetera , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20metres in pick jumper work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1Cement : 6 Sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete exluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth.

Random rubble masionary / polygonal rubble masionary (uncoursed / brought to courses) with hard stones of approve quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand: 12graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand)

C/o dry stone masonary with hard stone of approved quality i/c rough dressing of stone.

Half brick masionary in cement mortar 1:4 in super structure i/c curing complete

Wood work in frames of doors, windows and clcresting windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position in its class Deodar wood.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and frames work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint.(In trusses and trussed pulins in buildings)

In beams joists, channels, angles, tee, flats with connection plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped mettalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of reguler modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster 5 microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J and L hooks, bolts & nuts 6 mm diameter with prepainted limpet and rubber wasshers complete with all accesories as required as per the direction of Engineer - in -charge.

Distempering (Two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemepr primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar drooping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth on walls. Priming two coat with distemper primer.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood surfaces after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing with white lead for priming

Painting two caots (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping with white enamel paint.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75 mm thick (unconsolidated) bed of dry brick / stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) wall rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground.
